Headless, the highest jazz collector’s label, has reissued the valuable titles of handmade labels for collectors, which were distributed only in a small part, from the official master who took over. Hawk is here. Rare titles are re-appearing at affordable prices with reissue emblems and new back jackets.
Mahavishnu Orchestra, a jazz rock unit formed by John McLaughlin to bring the elements of jazz rock learned under Miles into his own form. It is a sound board live collection with the original members. Compared to Electric Miles, it has a stronger religious color, and the big difference is that it has a violin. The keyboard player Jan Hammer, who was later appointed to Jeff Beck and Santana, has Billy Cobham and others who are overwhelming with a hi-hat that is sharp and sharp with a lot of effort. This item is a coupling of the live performance of 1973, and the famous song “Encounter of Spirits” from the first album “The Inner Flame” is performed. …

ジョン・マクラフリンがマイルスの元で学んだジャズ・ロックの要素を自身の形にすべく結成したジャズ・ロック・ユニット、マハヴィシュヌ・オーケストラ。そのオリジナル・メンバーでのサウンドボード・ライヴ・コレクションです。エレクトリック・マイルスと比べると宗教色が強く、更にヴァイオリンが居る点が大きな違い。後にジェフ・ベックやサンタナなどにも起用されるキーボード奏者のヤン・ハマーに、多い手数にバシバシとキレるハイハットが圧巻のビリー・コブハムらが在籍。このアイテムは1972年のライヴをカップリングしており、彼ら一番の有名曲でセカンド・アルバムのタイトル曲でもある『火の鳥』が演奏されています。
