“Bad Penny” was appointed to the movie “Last Night in Soho” released in 2021, and “TOP PRIORITY” which is suddenly attracting attention, such as the young band ASH RED of Isle and covering “Philby”. It is “October 9, 1979 Offenbach performance” that is imbued with such a work. It is the best audience recording. This is Rory Gallagher in 1979. While completing “TOP PRIORITY” in early spring, it will be released in autumn. The Offenbach performance of this work is “Europe # 4” which started immediately after the long-awaited release even in the main battlefield Europe. It was the 15th performance of the concert. Our “SITTARD 1979” is also the same “Europe # 4”, and this work was 9 days before that masterpiece.
This work recorded at such a show is a very thick and tight superb audience recording ……, maybe. I suddenly became weak, but it’s so powerful. Actually, the gene excavated by the prestigious “Krw_co” is also an obvious audience recording (reel master of the 1st gene), but the sound flowing out of the speaker does not have a feeling of air. The thick core and fine details do not seem to be a microphone recording through the atmosphere, and the bass, which tends to be a weak point in the audience, is super clear.
Of course, there is no sense of air, so there is no sense of distance, and I don’t think it’s an audience in terms of timbre. Compared to the genuine sound board “SITTARD 1979”, the stereo feeling of the bread that blows to the left and right is not, but it is not monaural and the separate feeling is also wonderful. That’s the tight sound that makes you want to blame others like an elementary school student, saying, “Because Krw_co says it’s an audience.”
The 1979 full show that was burning hard was drawn with such a thick and close contact sound. Here, let’s organize the set while comparing it with the latest “SITTARD 1979”.

Rory Gallagher who finished the golden 70’s with a hot and hard sound. It is a new excavation live album that you can fully experience such a fulfilling period with a thick and close contact sound. The sound digitized directly from the 1st Gene Reel excavated from the prestigious “Krw_co” does not have a feeling of air, and if the core is extremely thick, the details are fine. It is a close-fitting sound comparable to the masterpiece “SITTARD 1979 (Uxbridge 1341)” of the genuine sound board. 　そんな本作に吹き込まれているのは「1979年10月９日オッフェンバッハ公演」。その極上オーディエンス録音です。1979年と言えば、『ROCKPALAST』や『LIVE AT MONTREUX』『NOTES FROM SAN FRANCISCO』等の公式作品（の一部）となり、当店では名作サウンドボード・アルバム『SITTARD 1979（Uxbridge 1341）』も大好評。まずは、スケジュールでその状況を整理しつつ、本作のポジションも確かめてみましょう。

　これが1979年のロリー・ギャラガー。春先には『TOP PRIORITY』を完成させつつ、発売は秋。本作のオッフェンバッハ公演は、主戦場ヨーロッパでも待望のリリース直後に始まった「欧州#4」。その15公演目にあたるコンサートでした。当店の『SITTARD 1979』も同じ「欧州#4」であり、本作はあの傑作の９日前でもありました。
　そんなショウで記録された本作は、極太タイトな極上オーディエンス録音……です、たぶん。いきなり弱腰になってしまいましたが、それほどまでに強力なのです。実際には名門「Krw_co」が発掘したジェネも明らか（1stジェネのリール・マスター）なオーディエンス録音なのですが、スピーカーから流れ出るサウンドには空気感がない。極太な芯にも細やかなディテールも大気を介したマイク録音とは思えず、オーディエンスではウィークポイントになりがちなベースもビンビンと超クッキリ。
　もちろん、空気感がないのですから距離感もなく、音色的にもオーディエンスとは思えない。正真正銘サウンドボードな『SITTARD 1979』と比較すると左右に吹っ飛ぶパンのステレオ感まではないものの、決してモノラルではなくセパレート感も素晴らしい。それこそ「だってKrw_coがオーディエンスって言ってるんだもん」と小学生風に他人のせいにしたくなるほどのタイト・サウンドなのです。
　そんな極太・ド密着サウンドで描かれるのは、ハードに燃えていた1979年のフルショウ。ここでは直近の『SITTARD 1979』と比較しながらセットを整理してみましょう。
