This is KISS in 1975. The two performances recorded in this work are different from each other in the tour itself. The Detroit performance (DISC 1) was the 33rd performance of “DRESSED TO KILL Tour”, and the Lago performance (DISC 2) was the 36th performance of “ALIVE! Tour”. .. 　これが1975年のKISS。本作収録の２公演はツアーそのものが異なり、デトロイト公演（DISC 1）は“DRESSED TO KILL Tour”の33公演目、ラーゴ公演（DISC 2）は“ALIVE! Tour”の36公演目にあたるコンサートでした。それでは、それぞれ個別にご紹介していきましょう。
 
【DISC 1：ALIVE!が録音された当日プロショット】
　DISC 1に収められているのが「５月16日デトロイト公演」のマルチカメラ・プロショット。極々最近になって公開され、今まさに世界中のコレクターを震撼させている映像です。６曲・約33分と短めではあるものの、重要なのはショウそのもの。上記をご覧の通り、『ALIVE!』が録音された、まさにその現場をプロショットで観られるのです。
　しかも、そのクオリティが極上。70年代だけに質感がフィルム撮影なのは当然ですが、そこからビデオにダビングされた形跡が（まるで）ない。そしてよほどフィルム管理がよかったのかゴミやホコリ跡もなく、極めて艶やかで瑞々しい映像美なのです。もちろん、その内容は「目で観るALIVE!」そのもの。これまでも70年代の映像をご紹介する度に使ってきたキャッチフレーズですが、本作はまさしく当日。あのジャケットが動いて歌って火を噴くプロショットなのです。
 
【DISC 2：定番プロショットが約80分に超拡大】
　変わってのDISC 2は、「11月30日ラーゴ公演」のマルチカメラ・プロショットで、やはり最近公開されて衝撃を呼んでいる新発掘マスターです。こちらは従来から有名な有名な映像なのですが、定番だったのは３曲「Cold Gin」「Rock And Roll All Nite」「Let Me Go, Rock And Roll」だけ。ところが、今回発掘されたのは約80分に及ぶフルセット版なのです。その凄味を実感していただく為にも、ここでフルセットを整理しておきましょう。

……と、このようになっています。“ALIVE! Tour”のフル映像と言えば、公式『KISSOLOGY VOLUME ONE』に収録された「1976年デトロイト映像」が有名ですが、そこでは観られない「Ladies In Waiting」まで楽しめるのです。そして、こちらのクオリティも超極上。こちらはビデオ・マスターと思われますが、やはり鮮度は抜群。冒頭のロゴ画面で音声が少々乱れるものの、それ以外に劣化らしい劣化が見当たりません。時代がかったアニメーション加工も施されていますが、それさえも美麗でエッジも鮮やかに描かれるのです。
 
　『ALIVE!』録音の当日プロショットに、『ALIVE!』と同サイズのフル・プロショット。「目で観る大名盤」を地で行く衝撃映像が超極上クオリティで新発掘です。2022年に生きるKISSアーミーなら、コレを観ずに何を見る?!　素通りは犯罪レベルの決定的２枚組。どうぞ、存分にお楽しみください。
