A new work in the reprint series of the US original master. This time, a 4-disc set that summarizes Zeppelin’s “I” to “IV”. It was planned and announced by a famous overseas collector, and all four titles use a US master in mint condition where scratch noise is almost inaudible, and are digitized with high-spec equipment. It achieves a clean and straight sound with outstanding freshness without the processing feeling of the master (you can hardly hear the dusty needle crackling noise as in the vintage reproduction project).
Originally, the sound source of this set was created to compare with “How is it different from the original” when the official Classic Records 200g board was released. At that time, the planner himself said, “The sound of the classic records is wonderful. However, for me, the original LP sounds more comfortable,” but in fact, the classic records (45-turn single-sided cutting) I felt a strong power and a three-dimensional effect (with the heavy board at the top). On the other hand, this original version may sound like “ordinary high-quality sound”. However, this also means “just right,” “do not overdo,” and “as it is.” The tones emitted from the early maids of 1969-1971 give a (some kind of) universal feel to listeners of all ages. It may be a set sound source that is not suitable for listeners who seek further stimulation and intensity, but this work that you can enjoy the first four Zeppelin works with natural, clean, and just enough high-quality sound is the sound of the master again for many fans. It’s an ideal set that reminds us of the wonderfulness of. Of course, you can enjoy the feel of the sound that is completely different from the current CD, so it is a gem that can be recommended to those who are unfamiliar with vintage reprint planning. This is a highly recommended set title.
