A soundboard album from the golden age has appeared from the leaked master series. The upgrade master of “DESTROYER Tour”, which conveys the climax, will be released on a permanent preservation press CD.
Engraved on this work is “July 10, 1976: Jersey City Performance”. It is the thick sound board recording. 1976 is a time when three tours intersect, and we have introduced various masterpieces even in the master series outflow of stakeholders. “Flaming Youth” and “Watchin’ You”, which are similar to the other two works in general, but could not be heard there due to the early stage of the tour, are also shown. Of course, “Watchin’ You” could be heard in the traditional work “ALIVE!”, but the valuable one is “Flaming Youth”. It will not be played in the middle of “North America # 3”, and will be revived after 39 years in 2015 (excluding acoustic gigs). ……と、このようになっています。本作はツアー４公演目にあたり、他作よりもグッと序盤のコンサートでした。このショウはモノクロのプロショットが残された事でも知られており、本作も元を質せば同じサウンドボード音声。ただし映像マスターから抜き出したものではなく、独自の関係者ルートからもたらされたオリジナル・マスターなのです。このところ、70年代の衝撃マスターが止めどもなく溢れ出てきており、本稿に目を留めた方ならその精度の高さを実感されていると思います。本作もまた、その精度で画かれた過去最高峰マスター。オフィシャルやFM放送系とは違うミックス卓直径津系なので大歓声などのコンサート体験感は望めませんが、それもまた擦れっ枯らしのサウンドボード・マニアにとっては美味。芯もムキ出しの演奏音と脳髄が完全一致するシンクロ感が絶大で、まるで自分がＰＡシステムに組み込まれたようなサイボーグ感覚の没入感に溺れられるのです。
そのド直結サウンドで画かれるのは、ちょっと意外な“DESTROYER Tour”のフルショウ。上記のように「北米#3」にはプレス名盤『DEFINITIVE ANAHEIM 1976』『TORONTO 1976』が君臨しているわけですが、セットが微妙に違うのです。それでは早速、比較しながら整理してみましょう。
