2015年ファイナル・ツアー序盤に行われたヨーロッパ・レグから、2月26日にノルウェイはオスローで行われた公演を高音質盤で御用意致しました。御注目戴きたいのはその高い演奏力と極上音質です。はっきり申し上げてこれはプレス確定の高品質盤なのですが、つい先日登場したばかりの新音源なので日本公演に併せてリリースするにはスケジュールが間に合わず、急遽予定を変更して無料ギフト盤でお届けする事にしたタイトルです。故にその品質は当店折り紙つきの極上音質盤となっており、本来ならVirtuosoレーベルの新作として登場するに相応しい内容なのですが、今週はこれを特別企画盤としてギフト放出する事に致しました!!

「In The Dead Of Night」では勢いほとばしる旋律の流れが肉厚なサウンドで現れますが、「By The Light Of Day」でそれが一転して響きの彫りと表現の陰影が良く出た音像となり、音楽が変容する不思議さを克明に捉えています。「Forever Until Sunday」は3分01秒付近からが聴きどころで、重量感あるベースと粒立ちの良いドラムが連動する中、ヴァイオリンが広い音域をダイナミックに動く様子が目覚しいサウンドで出てきます。またこの日は特徴的な引っ掛かりと深い余韻を残しながら終曲するので、その様子もじっくりお楽しみ下さい。アンコール「Caesars Palace Blues」もパンチと炸裂感のあるサウンドで飛び出し、いつも以上にスリリングでスピーディな展開がお愉しみ戴けます。観客にコーラスを煽るシーンから突入する怒涛のインスト部分も凄まじい演奏で駆け抜けており、間髪入れずに始まる「The Only Thing She Needs」も、演奏の瞬発力が非常に高いレベルで四方八方に飛び散ってゆく快感を存分に味わって戴けるでしょう。聴き終えると「うん、これだよコレ! こういうU.K.が聴きたかったんだ!」という確かな充実感が確実に残る筈です。
