“What? Is this outflow sound board!?” …… At that time, furious quality of audience album was greatly sprinkle the topic is the revival in the press 2CD. ‘s The one act of “STRANGER IN US ALL TOUR”, but the taste is the official “BLACK MASQUERADE” In addition to the sound of this work and the Japan tour and also delicious one set list of different images. Before you introduce its contents, first basic knowledge. Let’s take a look at from the overall picture of the tour.

“” STRANGER IN US ALL “release”
– 1995 September 30, 2006 – November 4, 2011: European Tour # 1 (25 performances)
– 1995, November 11 – 23, 2011: Japan tour (9 performances)
“7 months off”
– 1996, June 27 – July 7: South American tour (8 performances)
– 1996 July 21 – August 11: The European Tour # 2 (13 performances) ← ★ here ★
“Chuck Burgi withdrawal → John Miseri join”
· 1997, February 20 – March 19, 2011: North American tour (18 performances)
– 1997 May 31, 2011: Denmark performances (final performance)
“RAINBOW dissolution → BLACKMORE’S NIGHT start-up”

That’s the whole aspect of “STRANGER IN US ALL TOUR”. Official “BLACK MASQUERADE” and Japan performances, but is not equivalent to the tour early part of 1995, that the present work has been recording “August 9, Linkoping performances 1996 (Sweden)”. Arranged to tour the middle of 1996, Part But “European tour # 2”, it hits from the last 3 performances eyes.
How is this different from this “European tour # 2” is the Japan Tour? It is intense from the beginning again. But as always show starts from “Over The Rainbow”, to burst awaited the “Spotlight Kid” instead of …, “Long Live Rock’n’Roll”! In fact, the opening of “STRANGER IN US ALL TOUR” There are three types, will vary depending on the time. Let’s a little organized.

[Spotlight Kid opening] → 9 May 1995 – 11 May: European # 1 / Japan (up to Kitakyushu)
→ 2 May 1997 – May: North America / Denmark
[Too Late For Tears Opening] → 11 May 1995 – August: Japan (from Yokohama) / South America
[Long Live Rock’n’Roll opening] → 7 May 1996 – August: Europe # 2

And say pole position of this tour, change to the official “BLACK MASQUERADE” any time is the familiar image of “Spotlight Kid” is strong, from the middle of the Japan tour (Yokohama, Tokyo NK) “Too Late For Tears”. Then, I went changed as “Long Live Rock’n’Roll” → again “Spotlight Kid”. This work, we live album should be called a no was “Long Live Rock’n’Roll opening” period of the masterpiece in the Japan Tour.
Mere It thinks exaggerated …… in the opening song, this alone image is different once and for all round. During the song “Hey Joe” and Doogie White leading trad song also extends incorporated in more than 10 minutes a large enthusiastic performance. To refer to show that it just began, the mood is at once encore. While also greatly climax the audience, it is revelry. Yet classic representative music, …… yea even in long RAINBOW history, there was no such use is how even the DIO. Honestly, If there is no “Over The Rainbow”, it is where I think you missed the order of the tape.
That add insult to injury in such a mood, followed by the second song “Mistreated”. This also Japan is not playing in the performances, songs that appeared in “South America Tour”. Here in a long playing more than nine minutes, Deguy in Narikiri mood to David Kavaderu and Ronnie James Dio, and sing the melody, such as mixing the two. Furthermore Following is “Greensleeves”. At once heavy blues classics from the revelry of the opening, and to trad. About 25 minutes from the show start, … that does not seem only to another encore. That in response to the “Greensleeves” continues to “Wolf To The Moon”, but is not going into the last of the usual live configuration, not missing the encore mood was immersed once, also pull the tail forever. So, the fun of this work’s the live, such as “100 minutes more than endless encore”.
Although I have become long in the story of the set list, taste what the sound was recorded such a show is up to this work. At the time, POWER GATE “LONG LIVE RAINBOW” recording of How can that has been released from the label, as “almost sound board” sound, which I mentioned at the beginning. Vocal and guitar, as well as keyboard also super near even rhythm. You know it’s audience recording from the vividness of hand-clapping, but its thick the first time is as if you had overdub a cheer to the outflow sound board. It is too close, but I is not no place that becomes slightly over-peak,’s the “European tour # 2” even the name recorded in the name while recording a representative in the special grade.

Plenty of taste gem of the show, such as “100 minutes or more of Angkor” in sound that does not change with most desk direct sound board. Large masterpiece of rare live album in the history of the rainbow colors. Containment to press 2CD to forever remain, this weekend will be delivered to your handy.

“STRANGER IN US ALL TOUR”の一幕なのですが、本作の旨みはサウンドに加えて公式『BLACK MASQUERADE』や日本公演とはイメージの違うセットリストも美味しい1本。

以上が“STRANGER IN US ALL TOUR”の全容です。
ではなく、「Long Live Rock’n’Roll」!

【Spotlight Kid
【Too Late For Tears
【Long Live Rock’n’Roll
