Santana From the 1977 North American tour on March 19, the performance at Landover, Maryland, Capital Center appeared as a mixer direct stereo sound board sound source!
As a tour after the release of the album “Festival”, starting from the opening with a 3-song medley similar to the album, “Aishu no Europe” and representative songs “Black Magic Woman ~ Gypsy Queen” etc. “Soul Sacrifice” features a guest appearance by jazz vibraphonist Roy Ayers.
Original member Jose Chepito Arias returns. In addition, it is an excavation live sound source that realistically captures the fresh performance of the lineup that Raul Ricoh of percussion, who will be enrolled in the band until the 2000s, joined!

アルバム『フェスティヴァル』発表後のツアーとしてオープニングからアルバム同様の３曲メドレーから始まりアルバム収録曲中心に「哀愁のヨーロッパ」や代表曲「ブラック・マジック・ウーマン～ジプシー・クイーン」等を披露。「ソウル・サクリファイス」ではジャズ系ヴィブラフォン奏者ロイ・エアーズがゲスト参加しています。
オリジナル・メンバーのホセ・チェピート・アリアスが復帰。またこの後２０００年代に至るまでバンドに在籍することとなるパーカッションのラウル・リコウが新加入したラインアップの生々しい演奏をリアルにとらえた発掘ライブ音源です！
