The Necromancer series reissues the valuable titles of handmade labels for collectors, which were distributed only in a small part, from the official master who took over officially. Introducing the “Rocked Room” label, which specializes in rock and pop music. A rare title is re-appearing at an affordable price with a reissue emblem and a newly refurbished back jacket.

The live sound source of Sandy Denny, the most popular singer of all Fairport Conventions. There is some hiss, but it is an audience recording that was recorded in a fairly well-balanced manner. In her later years, her mind and body were collapsing due to her “turbulent” marriage with Trevor Lucas, but her live performance was based on the piano. The British folk color is stronger than the traditional color, and you can feel the talent as a folk singer who was highly evaluated. As mentioned above, members of the fairport at that time, such as Lucas and Dave Mattacks, who were also her husbands, also participated. Sandy is a valuable live sound source left behind because he passed away due to an accident the following year. Please chew and listen.

歴代フェアポート・コンヴェンションの中でも最も人気のあったシンガー、サンディー・デニーのライヴ音源。ややヒスもありますがかなりバランス良く録られたオーディエンス収録です。トレヴァー・ルーカスとの“波乱に満ちた”結婚生活もあり心身ともに崩壊しつつあった晩年ですが、ピアノを基調にした素晴らしいライヴ。トラッド色よりはブリティッシュ・フォーク色が強く、非常に評価の高かったフォーク・シンガーとしての才能もしっかり感じられます。前述の通り夫でもあったルーカスやデイヴ・マタックスといった当時のフェアポートのメンバーも参加。サンディーはこの翌年事故により他界してしまうため残された貴重なライヴ音源です。かみしめて聴いてください。
