In 1985, the precious live sound source of Prince & The Revolution is newly released from the CONTROVERSY label as a 4-disc collector’s edition!

Prince & The Revolution, who was at the height of their time with “Purple Rain,” which was predominant in albums and movies, practiced six consecutive performances in Darley City, California.

Among them, the performance on March 3 and the performance on March 5 on the final day are recorded from the newly discovered high-quality audience recording master. The Time and Sheila E also made guest appearances on “Baby I’m a Star” on both days, and it’s a highly recommended title that captures the heyday of Prince!
