The world’s first publicly released superb sound board album is the emergence of shock. In our shop, we have released numerous superb sound board sound sources, but this time “LOVE GUN TOUR 1977”. It is a spill sound board of “Fort Worth performances on September 4 and 5, 1977” that will be a tour Chiaki.
Speaking of our first public sound board, it is already familiar to KISS Army. “UNRELEASED SPRING 1973 REHEARSAL (Zodiac 059)”, “AMITYVILLE 1973 (Zodiac 051)” in the 1970s, including the series “REVENGE IN DAYTON (Zodiac 014)” and “REVENGE IS READY: TOUR REHARSAL 1992 (Zodiac 015) “STUDIO DEMOS 1975 (Zodiac 054)”, “ANAHEIM 1976 (Zodiac 031)” and so on, all of which are superior finest products. It is the monkey and related persons who provided these, but the same route this time as well. It was a while for a while, but it shocked again.
There are two such first public masters. It is a 2-pack set which arranged the final day of tour “September 5, 1977” on Disk 1 and “September 4” on Disk 2. Although it is reverse to the time series, the main of this work is a disc 1 of the final day “September 5” to the last. Also, the recording time is very different. “September 5th” of Disc 1 is about 67 minutes long and contains most of the show (15 songs other than “God of Thunder” and “Shout it Out Loud”), but the disc 2 ” September 4 “is about 24 minutes (4 songs from drum solo to performances). Initially I was considering the idea of ​​”press only disk 1 and disk 2 to a bonus ……”, but both of the two masters are too valuable and very superb. I thought that both should be permanently preserved, and it was like this one.
Actually, the sound of this work is intense. If you have heard even one of the above titles you’ve probably come with a pin, but it’s nothing more than a “direct connection to the sound board desk”. The guitar and bass jump in like the plug thrust into the ear, and the singing voice of Paul and Jean is also poured directly from the microphone into the brain’s miso. “There is KISS in my head” rather than “listening” anymore. That is the feeling of burying as if the skull became a concert venue.

That is the last tour of the tour. The main live of the official name board was “August 26 – 28 Inglewood”, but this work is only after that 3-4 performances. KISS is a band that does not hesitate in the studio for completeness and entertainment due to rare professional consciousness, but there is no such processing in this work only with direct desk. That “freshness” and “real feeling” are not ratios. 全世界初公開の極上サウンドボード・アルバムが衝撃の登場です。当店では、これまでも数々の極上サウンドボード音源を公開してきましたが、今回は“LOVE GUN TOUR 1977”。ツアー千秋楽となる「1977年９月４日・５日：フォートワース公演」の流出サウンドボードです。
当店の初公開サウンドボードと言えば、KISSアーミーにはもうお馴染みのことでしょう。90年代の連作『REVENGE IN DAYTON（Zodiac 014）』『REVENGE IS READY : TOUR REHEARSAL 1992（Zodiac 015）』を始め、70年代でも『UNRELEASED SPRING 1973 REHEARSAL（Zodiac 059）』『AMITYVILLE 1973（Zodiac 051）』『STUDIO DEMOS 1975（Zodiac 054）』『ANAHEIM 1976（Zodiac 031）』等々など、いずれ劣らぬ極上品ばかり。これらを提供してくださったのは、さる“元・関係者”なのですが、今回もまた同じルート。しばらく間が空きましたが、再び衝撃を届けてくださったのです。
そんな初公開マスターは２本。ディスク１にツアー最終日「1977年９月５日」、ディスク２に「９月４日」を配した２枚組です。時系列とは逆になっていますが、本作のメインは、あくまでも最終日「９月５日」のディスク１。と言うのも、収録時間が大きく違う。ディスク１の「９月５日」は約67分の長尺でショウの大部分（「God of Thunder」「Shout it Out Loud」以外の15曲）を収めているのですが、ディスク２の「９月４日」は約24分ほど（ドラムソロから終演までの４曲）なのです。当初は「ディスク１のみプレスし、ディスク２はボーナスに……」という案も検討されたのですが、２本のマスターは両方とも、あまりに貴重であまりも極上。どちらも永久保存すべきと考え、このようなカタチとなりました。
実際、本作のサウンドは激烈。上記タイトルを１本でも耳にされたことのある方ならピンと来られていると思いますが、正しく「サウンドボード卓直結」以外の何物でもない。ギターやベースはプラグを耳に突っ込んだように飛び込み、ポールやジーンの歌声もマイクから直接脳ミソに流し込まれる。もう「聴いている」というより「頭の中にKISSがいる」。それこそ、頭蓋骨がコンサート会場になったような埋没感なのです。
そんなクオリティで描かれるのは、KISS黄金期真っ直中のショウ。“LOVE GUN TOUR 1977”と言えば、『ALIVE II』が全身に染みついているわけですが、本作はその本生版と言ってもいい。ここでちょっと“LOVE GUN TOUR 1977”最終盤の日程を見てみましょう。

以上がツアー最後の８公演。オフィシャル名盤のメイン・ライヴは「８月26日-28日イングルウッド」だったわけですが、本作はそのわずか３-４公演後。公式ボックス『KISSOLOGY VOLUME ONE』に収録されたヒューストン公演の直後なのです。そんな時期は酷似していても、本作は『ALIVE II』とはまるで違う。KISSは類い希なるプロ意識によって、完成度とエンターテインメントのためならスタジオでも躊躇なく手を加えるバンドですが、本作には卓直結だけにそうした加工が一切ない。その“生々しさ”・“本物感”は比ではないのです。しかも、メンバーの手触りまで伝わりそうなサウンドで描かれるのは「可能の必要なんかないじゃないか」と言いたくなるような炎のライヴ。あの名盤を生み出したバンド・ポテンシャルはそのままに、最終日ならではの充実感・達成感までもが上乗せされた熱演を聴かせてくれるのです。

ディスク１の「Calling Dr. Love」途中で一度テープが終わり、直後に「Rock And Roll All Nite」の途中から始まりますが、これも大元マスターそのもの。貴重な記録故に、フェイドで削ることなく、真実の姿をそっくりCDにいたしました。全世界初登場のサウンドボード・シリーズの最新弾、“LOVE GUN TOUR 1977”の超・決定版、そして『ALIVE II』の本生版……いかように聴いても最高にして超絶なる１本。今週末、久々の衝撃をあなたのお手元にお届けいたします。
