The first performance of the 1971 Pink Floyd legend in Japan was the only theater performance at the Osaka Festival Hall on August 9, 1971, following the two-day outdoor festival “Hakone Aphrodite”. It is known that many live sound sources are left for the legendary “Hakone Aphrodite” performance, but many sound sources have not been confirmed so far for this Osaka performance, but overseas floyd sound sources are limited. Introducing the latest stereo remastered sound source by volunteer researchers. Compared to the previously known audience recording sound source, it is an upgrade sound source by the master converted from the low generation tape. Although the song order of the set list is different, “FAT OLD SUN” is shown at this Osaka performance, although it is almost the same as “Hakone Aphrodite”. It is also noteworthy that “ECHOES”, which was not officially released at this point, is a prototype performance with some lyrics different from the later completed form. Two CDs contain the complete concert version with the latest stereo remastered sound source. And in addition to 2CD, “audio file DVD” is also included. Although it is an audio disc that is not a video image, both the latest stereo remastered sound source and the original sound source without remastering are recorded with the audio option unique to DVD, and it is possible to hear and compare the difference by switching the sound while playing. When you switch, you can hear the difference between the two sounds. In addition, although it is not a video image, a number of valuable photos of the “Osaka performance” are recorded in a slide show for each song, and it is in a format that you can enjoy while playing. １９７１年ピンク・フロイド伝説の初来日公演は２日間の野外フェス「箱根アフロディーテ」に続いて７１年８月９日大阪フェスティバル・ホールで唯一の劇場公演が行われました。伝説的な「箱根アフロディーテ」公演は数多くのライブ音源が残されているのは知られていますがこの大阪公演に関してはこれまで多くの音源は確認されておらず限られている中で海外フロイド音源研究者有志による今回の最新ステレオ・リマスター音源が新登場。これまで知られていたオーディエンス録音音源に比べロウ・ジェネレーションのテープから変換されたマスターによるアップグレード音源となっています。セットリストの曲順は異なるものの「箱根アフロディーテ」とほぼ同様ながらこの大坂公演では「FAT OLD SUN」が披露されています。この時点ではまだ公式にリリースされていなかった「ECHOES」は後の完成形とは歌詞が一部異なるプロトタイプの演奏であるのも注目です。ＣＤ２枚には最新ステレオ・リマスター音源によるコンサート完全版を収録。そして２ＣＤに加え”オーディオファイルＤＶＤ”も付属。ビデオ映像ではないオーディオ・ディスクですがＤＶＤならではのオーディオ・オプションで最新ステレオ・リマスター音源とリマスター無しのオリジナル音源両方が収録されており音声切り替えでその違いを聴き比べることが可能で再生しながら切り替えると双方の音の違いが一聴瞭然です。またビデオ映像ではないものの曲ごとに「大阪公演」の貴重な写真の数々をスライドショウで収録しており再生しながら楽しめる形式となっています。ピンク・フロイド伝説の初来日「大阪公演」５０周年記念にお届けする２ＣＤ＆オーディオＤＶＤ最新スペシャル・コレクターズ・エディション大推薦注目のタイトル登場です！
