It is a sound source of Joni Mitchell’s narration and concert. Although it is an audience recording, the venue is small and carefully recorded because it is a narration, and the performance part has the same sound quality as a sound board. A concert with a friendly talk between songs. From the master, the volume was adjusted for the cheers of the audience between songs, and there were some points that were a little worrisome, so I thought about editing the cut between songs, but I left it in consideration of the preciousness of Joni’s speech as well as the atmosphere of the time. So, if you are interested, please skip it with the remote control. It was a sound source with a considerably strong hiss noise from the original by transcription, but this has been considerably improved by the noise reduction by the label. It is a famous live board with many songs from the early masterpieces “Ladies of the Canyon”, “Blue” and “For the Roses”.

ジョニ・ミッチェルの弾き語り・コンサートの音源です。オーディエンス録音ですが、弾き語りということもあり会場も狭く近くでじっくり録られており演奏部はサウンドボード並みの音質。曲間で和気あいあいとトークを入れながらのコンサート。マスターより曲間ではオーディエンスの歓声に対するボリューム調整が成されていてやや気になる個所もあり、曲間カット編集も考えられましたが当時の空気感も味わえる上ジョニのスピーチの貴重さも鑑み残しましたので、気になる方はリモコンでとばしてください。テープ起こしで元よりかなりヒスノイズの強い音源でしたが、これはレーベルによるノイズ・リダクションでかなり改善されています。初期の名作『Ladies of the Canyon』『Blue』『For the Roses』からの曲が多くを占める名ライヴ盤です。
