Elton John in 1995, who entered the golden age again with the big hits of the soundtracks of “MADE IN ENGLAND” and the movie “The Lion King”. Introducing a soundboard album that fully records his first performance in Chile.
What is recorded in this work is “November 22, 1995 Santiago performance”. It is the best stereo sound board recording. Elton’s first performance in South America was also realized in the 1992 “THE ONE Tour”, but only in Brazil and Argentina. The “MADE IN ENGLAND Tour” was the first tour around each country in earnest. First of all, let’s imagine the position of the show from such a panoramic view of the world tour.

This is Elton John in 1995. The South American tour was set as the final destination after the release of “LOVE SONGS”, and the Santiago performance of this work was the sixth performance. Also, speaking of South America in 1995, the masterpiece pro shot “RIO 1995 (Uxbridge 1321)”, which was officially upgraded last year, is also new to my memory, but this work is also three days before that.
This show was also broadcast on TV at that time, and its multi-camera pro shots have become a staple, but this work is completely different. FM radio broadcast, not the incomplete version of TV broadcast. It’s also a rerun version of the show’s full version. That alone is groundbreaking, but even better is the sound. It seems to be a South American broadcast, and although it is sometimes covered by a Spanish DJ (narration?), The essential performance sound and vocals are the best stereo sound board. Both the recording and the mix are iron walls, and it is truly an official-class gem.

Although it was returned, the narration on the way was missed. Of course, it looks like a very slight mark from the whole show, but without this, it would have been immediately pressed … It is an overwhelming sound board album with such an official-style perfect sound and a fierce rush of famous songs. ★ The best stereo sound board recording of “November 22, 1995 Santiago performance”. The incomplete TV broadcasting capital is a different complete FM rebroadcast version. Although it is sometimes covered with Spanish narration, the essential performance sounds and vocals are the best stereo sound board. そんな本作に記録されているのは「1995年11月22日サンティアゴ公演」。その極上ステレオ・サウンドボード録音です。エルトン初の南米公演は1992年の“THE ONE Tour”にも実現していましたが、その際はブラジルとアルゼンチンのみ。本格的に各国を巡るツアーは“MADE IN ENGLAND Tour”が初めてでした。まずは、そんなワールド・ツアー全景からショウのポジションをイメージしてみましょう。

これが1995年のエルトン・ジョン。南米ツアーは『LOVE SONGS』発売後の最終地として設定され、本作のサンティアゴ公演はその６公演目にあたるコンサートでした。また、1995年の南米というと昨年オフィシャル・アップグレードを果たした傑作プロショット『RIO 1995（Uxbridge 1321）』も記憶に新しいところですが、本作はその３日前でもあります。
このショウは当時ＴＶ放送もされ、そのマルチカメラ・プロショットが定番ともなってきましたが、本作は完全に別。不完全版だったＴＶ放送ではなく、FMラジオ放送。それも、ショウの完全版となる再放送バージョンなのです。それだけでも画期的なのですが、さらに素晴らしいのがサウンド。南米放送らしく、たまにスペイン語DJ（ナレーション？）が被さりはするものの、肝心の演奏音とヴォーカルは極上のステレオ・サウンドボード。収録もミックスも鉄壁で、まさにオフィシャル級の逸品なのです。
そんな準公式サウンドで描かれるのは、圧巻のフルショウ。当日のTV放送プロショットだけでなく、昨年話題となった『RIO 1995』も圧倒する曲数ボリュームが凄い。ここでは２つのプロショットと比較して整理しておきましょう。
