Focusing on genres such as jazz and blues, which had few collector’s items at the time, the valuable titles of the BMM label, which was extremely popular with fans, are now available in the regular low-priced reissue series Necromancer.

Following on from our label’s predecessor, the astonishing Village Vanguard Drive, another great Mingus collector’s item is here. Includes a performance at the Nice Jazz Festival in France on July 20, 1972. It is a remastered recording of a fresh master that broadcasted French FM in 2004, and has the highest sound quality. Moreover, I omitted the talk by the French DJ and put it on one disc without cutting the performance. Enjoy Track 1 over 40 minutes, Track 2 over 30 minutes, and the masterpieces of the members competing to your heart’s content. Giant Dizzy Galespy participates in the astonishing guest with a trumpet.

当レーベル前作、驚愕のヴィレッジヴァンガードライヴに続いてまたも素晴らしいミンガスのコレクターズ・アイテムが登場です。1972年7月20日フランスで行われたニース・ジャズ・フェスティヴァルでの公演を収録。2004年にフランスのＦＭをブロードキャストした新鮮なマスターをリマスタリングして収録で、最上級の音質です。しかもフランス語のＤＪによるトークを省き、演奏を削ることなくディスク1枚に収めました。40分を超えるトラック１や30分を超えるトラック２、メンバーがしのぎを削る圧巻の演奏を心行くまで楽しんでください。驚愕のゲストには巨星ディジー・ガレスピィがトランペットで参加。
