“ROCK IN RIO”は世界最大級の超有名フェスだけあって毎回、超極上の配信プロショットを生み出しているわけですが、当然a-ha再結成も例外ではない。当日の生配信から多種多様なマスターが飛び出し、多数の既発群を生み出してきました。本作もそのひとつで、音楽専門音配信プラット・フォーム“LiveXLive”バージョンをDVD化したものです。そのクオリティは、まさに超極上の完全オフィシャル級。もちろん、2015年の配信ですからどのマスターでもオフィシャル級なのですし、映像自体は某大手動画サイトにもアップされています。しかし本作の方がグッと艶やかなのです。しかも、長い。出番待ちに流される「Rock In Rioのテーマ」から始まっているだけでなく、開演を告げるSEも動画サイト版よりずっと長く収録されているのです。
