A new series of shocking super-excellent original recordings is born! The soundboard-class master collection that has not been known until now is being discovered one after another. This week, three super masterpieces, the first in the series, will be released at once. It is open to the public on a permanent storage press CD!
Yngwie Malmsteen, EUROPE and Michael Schenker were selected for the first public release of the new master collection. This work is the Yngwie edition. This is a transcendental audience recording of the performance of “July 16, 2001: Osaka Welfare Pension Hall”, which returned to Japan with Mark Boals, the No. 1 singer of all time.
Speaking of Yngwie in 2001, the co-starring with the New Japan Philharmonic Orchestra is a memorable place, but immediately after that, the “WAR TO END ALL WARS Japan Tour” in the normal rock style was also held. Furthermore, the TV broadcast in South Korea, which is the tail, has been officialized as “LIVE IN KOREA”. This work recorded at the site of such neo-classical metal is the best sound with “super”. It also makes me want to line up like “super super …”. It’s the DAT master that will be released for the first time in Japan, but it’s “completely official class” … No, the officials of those days are “WAR TO END ALL WARS” and “LIVE IN KOREA”, so it can’t be rephrased as “completely official transcendental class”. This week, EUROPE’s “HIROSHIMA 2005 DAT MASTER (Zodiac 522)” and MSG’s “OSAKA 2006 DAT MASTER (Zodiac 523)” will be released at the same time, but these are all from the same recorder collection. I’ll leave the rhetoric that fills the sound for those explanations, but the fact that the formula is too shabby is a transcendental sound that can be called an “official work” even if it is said at the normal level after subtracting it. Normally, the classics built up with Mark’s singing voice are important, but this time around, the new songs are also super important. After all, the essential studio album “WAR TO END ALL WARS” sounded too terrible at the demo level, and “LIVE IN KOREA” was also an official TV broadcast copy. With this work, you can finally hear it with a matomo sound. What’s more, it was a performance that exploded with stage tension, and honestly, I was surprised that “Is it such a good song?” It seems that he was a human being).
And delicious delicious classics. It’s a great throat from the opening “Rising Force”. It’s a representative song sung by successive fierce men, but the vocalization that stretches and stretches is just saying, “Do you know who is No. 1?” With so much singing, it exudes an uplifting feeling almost like another song.

I understand that it is important to distinguish between “formal” and “unofficial” as a collector’s psychology, but if you love “sound” more than that, this work is an absolute board. A new masterpiece of brilliance that stands in such a dimension. Here is a dignified permanent preservation decision!

新たなる達人コレクションの初公開に選ばれたのは、イングヴェイ・マルムスティーン、EUROPE、マイケル・シェンカー。本作は、そのイングヴェイ編。歴代No.1シンガー：マーク・ボールズを従えて日本に戻ってきた「2001年７月16日：大阪厚生年金会館」公演の超絶級オーディエンス録音です。
2001年のイングヴェイと言えば、新日本フィルハーモニー交響楽団との共演来日も思い出深いところですが、その直後には通常ロック・スタイルでの“WAR TO END ALL WARS Japan Tour”も実施。さらには尾となる韓国でのTV放送が『LIVE IN KOREA』として公式化されてもいる。まずは、意外に多産だった当時のスケジュールを振り返って本作のポジションも確認してみましょう。

【オフィシャルさえも完全超越した驚異の新発掘】
これが2001年のアジア・ツアー全15公演。この直前にはヨーロッパ、この直後には南米を巡っていました。６月半ばにオケ共演コンサートを行ったイングヴェイは、すぐさまバンド・スタイルに切り替えて台湾・韓国公演を実施。そのまま矢継ぎ早に再来日を果たしたわけです。しかも、このバンド再来日だけでも10公演という本格的な日程で列島を縦断爆撃。現在では考えられないほどの人気ぶりを見せつけるツアーでもありました（ちなみに、この７ヶ月後にはマークがRING OF FIREで再来日。何という至福の時代だったのでしょうか）。
そんなネオクラ絢爛の現場で記録された本作は、「超」が付く極上サウンド。それも「超々々……」とズラズラ並べたくなるくらいの。本邦初公開となるDATマスターなのですが、ぶっちゃけ「完全オフィシャル級」……いや、この頃のオフィシャルと言えば『WAR TO END ALL WARS』『LIVE IN KOREA』ですから「完全オフィシャル超越クラス」と言い換えなくてはいけませんね。
今週はEUROPEの『HIROSHIMA 2005 DAT MASTER（Zodiac 522）』やMSGの『OSAKA 2006 DAT MASTER（Zodiac 523）』も同時リリースとなりますが、これらはすべて同じ録音家コレクション。サウンドを湛える美辞麗句はそれらの解説の為に残しておきますが、公式があまりにもショボいのは差し引いた通常レベルで言っても「まるでオフィシャル作品」と呼べる超絶のサウンドなのです。
【マークの歌声で甦るHiroshima Mon Amour】
そんな新発掘シリーズの中にあって、本作は最大級の目玉作品。何しろ、その超絶サウンドで描かれるのが歌神マーク・ボールズとのフルショウなのですから！ ここでそのショウ内容も整理しておきましょう。

……と、このようになっています。注目はやはりマークが歌うヴォーカル曲。普段ならマークの歌声でビルドアップしたクラシックスが重要になるわけですが、今回ばかりは新曲群も超重要。何しろ、肝心要のスタジオアルバム『WAR TO END ALL WARS』がデモ・レベルの酷すぎるサウンドでしたし、『LIVE IN KOREA』も公式とは名ばかりのTV放送コピー。本作によってやっと、やっとマトモなサウンドで聴けるのです。しかも、ステージテンションで爆上がりした演奏で、正直「こんなにも良い曲だったのか」と驚くほどです（「The Wizard」では歌がヘロヘロになりますが、弘法も筆の誤りと言いますか、マークも人間だったようです）。
そして、美味しい美味しいクラシックス。オープニングの「Rising Force」からしてすんごいノド。歴代の猛者達が歌ってきた代表曲なわけですが、伸びに伸ばして張りに張るヴォーカリゼーションは「誰がNo.1なのか、分かってるよな？」と言わんばかり。あまりの絶唱で、ほとんど別の曲のような高揚感を発散しています。
そしそして「Hiroshima Mon Amour」！ 1985年以来の貴重曲でもありますが、珍しさを吹っ飛ばす歌いっぷり。「あぁ、現行ALCATRAZZもマークを雇ってくれたら……」と、思わず筋違いな妄想にまで駆られる見事なバージョンを味わわせてくれるのです。
とにもかくにも、衝撃的な超・高音質。もう言い切ってしまいましょう。『WAR TO END ALL WARS』も『LIVE IN KOREA』もいりません。事実を偽るわけにはいきませんので「オーディエンス」と申告致しますが、その中身は「完全オフィシャル超越クオリティ」。コレクター心理として「公式／非公式」の区別が大切な事も重々承知しておりますが、それ以上に「音」を愛する方なら、本作は絶対盤です。そんな次元に立つ輝きの新名盤。ここに堂々の永久保存決定です！
