This is a shiny broad cast sound source that was just broadcast by Sonny Rollins this year (2022). In 1989, at the Jazz Festival in Marciac, France, only a few songs were once released as collector’s items. This time, it is the latest high-quality sound source, and it is the definitive edition with a large increase in the number of songs recorded up to the encore “Tennessee Waltz”. In the same year, Rollins infused the official album “Falling in Love with Jazz”, the guitar was changed to Bobby Broom and the drums were changed to Marvin Smith, but other than that, it is almost the same as the members who played a key role in the recording. Rollins is a must-listen to blow comfortably on stage with a well-known companion.

ソニー・ロリンズの今年（2022年）放送されたばかりのピカピカのブロード・キャスト音源です。1989年フランスのマルシアックのジャズ・フェスティヴァルでのライヴで、かつて数曲のみコレクターズ・アイテムとして出ていたこともあります。今回は最新の高音質音源で、かつアンコールの『テネシー・ワルツ』まで収録の大幅曲数増の決定版として登場です。同年ロリンズはオフィシャル・アルバム『Falling in Love with Jazz』を吹き込んでおり、ギターがボビー・ブルーム、ドラムはマーヴィン・スミスに変わっていますがそれ以外はその録音で軸を務めたメンバーとほぼ同じ。気心知れた仲間とのステージで心地よくブロウするロリンズは必聴です。
