Rod Stewart, who sent his 30th studio work “THE TEARS OF HERCULES” to 5th place in the UK, still has a huge presence in the scene. The latest and finest images are now available.
This work was shot on “February 17, 2022 Miami”. That multi-camera pro shot. January is his birthday Rod, who has already reached the end of his life, but he is more and more enthusiastic about overcoming the corona wreck. First of all, let’s confirm the position of the show from his recent situation.

This is the 2022 schedule that has been announced so far. In 2020/2021, we will only be able to perform around 10 times a year, and a full-scale tour of over 60 performances is planned for the first time in a while. The restart signal was two performances at Hollywood “HARD ROCK LIVE”, but the Miami performance of this work was just after that. It was part of the online delivery event “AARP Celebrates You!”. The event consisted of a variety of programs, including not only music but also comedy shows, talent talk sessions, dance parties, and free screenings of the movie Forrest Gump, which was delivered in late March. However, it seems that Rod was not a live broadcast but a recording performance recorded on “February 17th”.
And the quality is just the best. Naturally, it is a so-called official-grade pro shot because it is the latest delivery of a large-scale event. However, camera work also has a slightly unusual personality. At first glance, it looks like a perfect official work, but the audience seats are not reflected. It wasn’t declared, but it was (probably) a non-audience stage. You can see vacant seats behind the keyboard angle, and above all, the cheers that you hear faintly between songs are not raw.
Anyway, it is the gorgeous Greatest Hits that unfolds on such a stage. Last year’s finest experience video “LAS VEGAS 2021 (Uxbridge 1551)” is also popular at our shop, but this year’s set is similar and different. Let’s organize them while comparing them here.

…… And it looks like this. Although there are 6 less songs than “LAS VEGAS 2021” probably because of the appearance at the event, the breadth of the career is still alive. Three songs have been selected from “VAGABOND HEART”, but other songs have been selected separately from each album. It is surprising that there is no song from the latest work “THE TEARS OF HERCULES” which is still popular, but “Ooh La La” of THE FACES has also been revived, and you can enjoy a variety of comprehensive feelings.
It is a multi-camera pro shot that will be the “best compilation album that you can see with your eyes”. One piece that you can taste the super luxurious masterpieces and Rod Stewart who continues to shine as an entertainer with Kiju in official grade quality. Please enjoy it to your heart’s content.

そんな本作が撮影されたのは「2022年２月17日マイアミ」。そのマルチカメラ・プロショットです。１月が誕生日のロッドはすでに喜寿を迎えたわけですが、コロナ禍を乗り越えてますます意気盛ん。まずは、そんな彼の近況からショウのポジションを確かめてみましょう。

これが現在までに公表されている2022年のスケジュール。2020年／2021年は年10回前後のパフォーマンスしかできず、久々に60公演を超える本格ツアーが予定されています。再始動の狼煙はハリウッド“HARD ROCK LIVE”での２公演だったわけですが、本作のマイアミ公演はその直後。オンラインの配信イベント“AARP Celebrates You!”の一環でした。このイベントは音楽だけでなくコメディ・ショーやタレントのトーク・セッション、ダンスパーティ、映画『フォレスト・ガンプ』の無料上映など多彩なプログラムで構成され、３月下旬に配信されました。ただし、ロッドは生中継ではなく「２月17日」に収録した録画パフォーマンスだったようです。
そして、そのクオリティはまさに極上。大規模イベントの最新配信ですから当然ではありますが、いわゆるオフィシャル級プロショットです。ただ、カメラワークにはちょっと変わった個性もある。パッと見た感じでは普通に完璧なオフィシャル作品風なのですが、客席が映らないのです。断言されていないのですが（恐らく）無観客ステージだったのではないでしょうか。キーボード・アングルの向こうには空席が見えますし、何より曲間でうっすらと聞こる喝采には生々しさがないのです。
ともあれ、そんなステージで繰り広げられるのは豪華極まるグレイテスト・ヒッツ。当店では昨年の極上体験映像『LAS VEGAS 2021（Uxbridge 1551）』も人気となっていますが、今年のセットは似て非なるもの。ここで比較しながら整理してみましょう。
