Introducing RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS, the 3rd installment of Diyana Records, a cutting-edge generic label for collector’s items.

Recorded in London on October 18, 2012, this is a professional shot video of the studio live program “From The Basement” produced by Nigel Godrich, the producer of RHCP’s 10th album “I’m With You”. When it was first announced, drummer Chad Smith hinted that the entire album would be played, but ended up playing about an hour of nine of the album’s 14 tracks. The sound source has been upgraded from the existing stereo to 5.1 surround! The performance started from “Monarchy of Roses” with the addition of two support members. Free and Chad jamming between songs, Josh, who broke his leg at the time of filming and played hard while sitting, and Anthony singing shirtless like a real live performance. Still, the extreme performance full of tension like the recording site is a masterpiece! Please enjoy the performance of the four people, which is a bit different from the original live performance.

2012年10月18日ロンドンで収録され、レッチリの10th Album「I’m With You」のプロデューサーであるナイジェル・ゴッドリッチが手掛けているスタジオライブ番組「From The Basement」のプロショット映像。最初に出演が発表された時、ドラマーのチャド・スミスはアルバム全体が演奏されていることをほのめかしましたが、結局アルバムの14曲のうち9曲の約1時間の演奏になっています。音源は既存のステレオから5.1サラウンドにバージョンアップ！2人のサポートメンバーを加えて「Monarchy of Roses」から演奏スタート。曲の間にジャムるフリーとチャド、撮影当時足を骨折していて座りながらも激しく弾きまくるジョッシュ、本番のライブの如く上半身裸で歌うアンソニー。それでいてレコーディングの現場のような緊張感に溢れた至極な演奏は圧巻！本来のライブパフォーマンスとはひと味違う4人のパフォーマンスをご堪能ください。
