以上が「英国」ツアーの全20公演。「Never」は４公演分確認されており、本作はその３番目。その後すぐにセット落ちしてしまい、「英国」ツアーの代表作であるプレス名盤『THE ULTIMATE BLITZ（Langley Deluxe 020）』では聴く事ができませんでした。さて、そんな貴重なショウを記録した本作は、今大注目の「G.Mann」コレクションから登場した逸品。残念ながら本人録音ではないので大元ではなく1stジェネ・カセットからのデジタル化ですが、サウンド・クオリティも個性もこれまでの「G.Mann」コレクションに酷似している。リアルな会場ムードも吸い込んだオーディエンス録音には違いないものの、その空気感が澄み渡り、鳴りが極めて端正。サウンドボードと間違えるほどド密着でもないのですが、だからと言って隅々まで曇らない鮮やかさが鮮烈。あくまでも「客録ならではの美しさ」を追究したサウンド「もしかしてキニー録音!?」との想いが頭をかすめる（現実には恐らく違うと思いますが）ほどなのです。
そんな美音で描かれるのは、激レア曲「Never」だけではなく、他のいかなる時代よりも新曲が多い“THE ULTIMATE SIN Tour”だからこそのフルショウ。オジーのセットと言えば、80年代は「BLIZZARD OF OZZを軸＋各アルバムから数曲ずつ」が基本公式で、90年代以降は「BLIZZARD OF OZZ＋NO MORE TEARSの２本軸＋他アルバム」になりました。しかし、“THE ULTIMATE SIN Tour”だけは他に類をみないほど大量の新曲を導入しており、永久エースの『BLIZZARD OF OZZ』を差し置いて『罪と罰』の新曲がセットの約半数を占めている。しかも、後年にはせいぜい「Shot in the Dark」「Killer of Giants」を思い出したように演奏するくらいで、「Never Know Why」「Secret Loser」「The Ultimate Sin」はほぼ1986年の限定曲なのです。
