Rare live on CD from the 1973 North American tour! Good monaural audience recording!
It seems that this live was not released in the analog era, and appeared on the nostalgic RED HOT board that had been released several times in the 90’s of the CD era and disappeared. Even after that, the number of releases was surprisingly small, and except for the copy board, it was the third title in this board, which is an unusually small number. The appearance of this board will be good news for those who do not have an existing one.

This is the first recording from the master data, and it is recorded from the microphone test “Tess, Tess …”. Sound sources such as 2nd Gen and RED HOT board remasters are also distributed on the net, but it seems that the microphone test is not recorded in those net versions.

Although it is the title of this time, there is only a master in terms of sound quality, and it is definitely a clear sound that has been peeled off. The texture is hard, and the reverberation of the big venue is also picked up, but it is more than good and definitely worth watching.

As for the recorded content, it will be cut out in the middle of “Moby Dick” as before, but the cutout part is recorded a little longer than the RED HOT board.
In addition, Rain Song has a cut in the song as well as the previous one, but there is almost no obvious deterioration of sound quality after the cut as seen in some already released, and it is necessary to edit before and after the missing as in the RED HOT board. The longest recording at present without anything. Also, of course, there is no cut in the song in “No Quater” which was also seen in some of the songs. Of course, like this label, the pitch is adjusted accurately, and there is no unpleasant phase shift due to the careful monauralization.
It is definitely the best title at the moment, with the best sound quality and recorded content throughout the whole story.
