A tremendous bomb title is born from the outflow master series of shocking works! The highest peak updated version of the legendary professional shot that recorded the “ALIVE!” recording site is now available as a permanent press DVD.
“Performance in Detroit on May 16, 1975” is engraved on this work. It is the multi-camera pro shot. This day is also the day when “ALIVE!”, which is famous as a legendary live album in rock history, was recorded. However, “ALIVE!” is not organized only on this day. “ALIVE! Tour”

This is KISS in 1975. It was a time when three tours intersected, but the “DRESSED TO KILL Tour” was the site of “ALIVE!”. The Detroit performance of this work was the 33rd concert of the tour, which is the earliest of the four recording dates.
A superb professional shot was discovered at this show last summer, and it just shook KISS collectors around the world. It was very popular as part of “DETROIT & LARGO 1975 (Shades 1568)” at our shop, but this work is the same professional shot, but it is a new master with greatly improved quality. If you have caught your eye in this article, you may know the outflow series full of shocking works, but this work is also the world’s first appearance master excavated by the same route. The length is the same as last year’s master, 6 songs, about 32 minutes, but the visual beauty is completely different. Anyway, master quality of glaring bucky baki. Last year’s master was also a complete official grade that was included in “KISSOLOGY”, but this work has wiped away slight blurring and blurring. The resolution is not a dimension such as “I can see the member’s ○○” or “Gene is ◇◇”. This is the level of transfer accuracy, and it is so accurate that you can feel the graininess of the recorded film itself.
The other side of the daimyo board “ALIVE!” is drawn with such super master quality. Although the content of 6 songs and about 32 minutes is the same as before, the visual beauty has been upgraded astonishingly. そんな本作に刻まれているのは「1975年５月16日デトロイト公演」。そのマルチカメラ・プロショットです。この日は、ロック史の伝説ライヴアルバムとして名高い『ALIVE!』が録音された当日でもあります。ただし、『ALIVE!』がこの日だけで組まれているわけでもない。その辺の事情をおさらいする為にも、まずは当時の活動概要から紐解いてみましょう。

これが1975年のKISS。３つのツアーが交錯する時期だったわけですが、『ALIVE!』の現場となったのは“DRESSED TO KILL Tour”。本作のデトロイト公演は４つの収録日のうち一番初期にあたるツアー33公演目のコンサートでした。
このショウは昨年夏に極上プロショットが発掘され、全世界のKISSコレクターを震撼させたばかり。当店でも『DETROIT & LARGO 1975（Shades 1568）』の一部として大好評を博したわけですが、本作は同じプロショットでありながら大幅にクオリティ・アップした新マスターなのです。本稿に目を留められた方なら衝撃作だらけの関係者流出シリーズをご存知だと思いますが、本作も同じルートで発掘された全世界初登場マスター。長さは昨年版マスターと同じ６曲・約32分ではあるのですが、映像美がまるで違う。とにかくギラギラ・バッキバキのマスター・クオリティ。昨年版マスターも『KISSOLOGY』に収録されていてもおかしくない完全オフィシャル級でしたが、本作はわずかな滲みやボケも拭い去られている。その解像度は「メンバーの○○が見える」とか「ジェネが◇◇」といった次元ではありません。トランスファー精度で語られるレベルであり、記録されているフィルムそのものの粒子感が感じられるほどの精度なのです。
そんな超マスター・クオリティで画かれるのは、大名盤『ALIVE!』の向こう側。演奏やヴォーカルの若々しさは『ALIVE!』でも感じられるものですが、さらにアクションもアグレッシヴならメイクも荒っぽく、会場規模も分からないドアップばかりのカメラワークさえもヒストリカル。現在とは比べものにならない「安っぽさ」がリアルで重く、画面の隅々からずっしりとした歴史の重量感が滲み出す映像なのです。
『ALIVE!』の現場で回っていたフィルムの現物……そんな記録物の存在感さえ宿ったアップグレード・マスターです。約32分という尺ではあるものの、衝撃度と重みはシリーズでもド級な「目で観るALIVE!」。真なるマスター・クオリティを永久に語り継ぐプレスDVD。全霊で正対していただきたい刮目の１枚です。
