[Completely new original recording suitable for permanent preservation] Their first visit to Japan in 5 years and 9 months will be only two consecutive performances at the Saitama Super Arena. This work is a transcendent audience recording recorded on the final day “November 6, 2022”. We have already introduced the breaking news board “SAITAMA SUPER ARENA 2022 2ND NIGHT (Shades 1642)” and the gift board “SAITAMA SUPER ARENA 2022 DAY 2”, but this work is a remastered reissue. . . No, then. Completely separate recording by a completely different person. And it is a super decision board that boasts sound quality suitable for permanent preservation press.
“That sound is certainly the best ever.” As a matter of fact, both the Shades label board and the gift board were being considered for pressing, and the fastest report was given priority to the CD-R release, but this time it completely surpasses the previous two works (I’m in a hurry. I’m really glad I didn’t press it…). The biggest difference is the close contact feeling. The Shades edition/gift edition had enough core strength and separate feeling, but the snare tone and vocal growth also had an atmospheric feeling. However, this work does not make you feel even a very slight air feeling at such a level, and a very thick core jumps into your ears without a time lag.
What’s more, it’s surprising that it will evolve further. At the start, it is the highest grade that surpasses the previous two works, but from around the third song “Chinese Democracy”, it exhibits a super-super-super-class/super-class closeness. It is no longer an audience recording, but it reaches a dimension comparable to even the official soundboard sound of the masterpiece pro shot “ROCK IN RIO 2022 (Shades 1606)”.
The factors behind that fierce directness are the skill and position of the recording artist. This work was created by a veteran recording artist who has been trained in a hundred battles. It’s the first time we’ve offered it to our store, but it’s actually a kuradashi that makes core collectors groan. Moreover, the special seat where the recording position is “in front of the slash of A block”. The closeness is clearly visible in the sound, and it is exactly “a new masterpiece that has become a masterpiece”.

５年９ヶ月ぶりとなった今回の来日は、さいたまスーパー・アリーナでの２連続公演のみ。本作はその最終日「2022年11月６日」で記録された超絶級オーディエンス録音です。当店ではすでに速報盤『SAITAMA SUPER ARENA 2022 2ND NIGHT（Shades 1642）』やギフト盤『SAITAMA SUPER ARENA 2022 DAY 2』をご紹介していますが、本作はそのリマスター再発。。。では、ありません。まったくの別人による完全別録音。そして、永久保存プレス化に相応しいサウンド・クオリティを誇る超決定盤なのです。
そのサウンドは、確かに過去最高。実のところ、Shadesレーベル盤もギフト盤もプレス化が検討されつつ、最速レポートを優先されてのCD-Rリリースだったわけですが、今回は前２作を完全に凌駕しているのです（焦ってプレス化しなくて本当に良かった……）。一番の違いはオンなド密着感。Shades盤／ギフト盤も芯の力強さやセパレート感は十分だったのですが、スネアの音色やヴォーカルの伸びに大気感も宿っていました。ところが、本作はそんなレベルの極わずかな空気感さえも感じさせず、極太な芯がタイムラグなしで耳元に飛び込んでくるのです。
しかも、さらに進化するから驚き。スタート時点で前２作を上回る極上級なのですが、３曲目の「Chinese Democracy」辺りからは超極上級／超絶級のド密着感を発揮。もはやオーディエンス録音ではなく、名作プロショット『ROCK IN RIO 2022（Shades 1606）』のオフィシャル級サウンドボード音声にさえ匹敵する次元に達するのです。
その猛烈なダイレクト感の要因は、録音家の手腕とポジションの両面に渡る。本作を手掛けたのは、百戦錬磨のベテラン録音家。当店にご提供いただくのは初めてなのですが、実はコアなコレクターも唸らせる業師の蔵出しなのです。しかも、録音ポジションが「Ａブロックのスラッシュ目の前」という特等席。その近さがサウンドにも明確に現れており、まさに「名作になるべくしてなった新名盤」なのです。
