エリック・クラプトンをはじめとするブルース・ルーツのロック・ミュージシャン達に多大な影響を与えたフレディ・キングのサウンドボード・ライヴ音源です。1975年10月19日、ドイツで行われたライヴを超高音質のサウンドボード録音で収録。フレディのライヴはオフィシャルでもあまり音が良くないものもリリースされており、まさにオフィシャルを超える音質といっても過言ではありません。最終曲がフェード・アウトなのが残念ですが全体的に演奏は非常に素晴らしく、ハムバッカーの野太い音でぐいぐいとグルーヴ。エリック・クラプトンによるカヴァーしか聴いたことが無い方は是非本家を聴いてみて下さい。ブルースは渋過ぎとか思ってると腰抜かします。
