Live footage from the supergroup by David Crosby, Stephen Stills, Graham Nash and Neil Young. It was a live performance held at Wembley Stadium in 1974, and it was famous among collectors because it was a full-length professional shot video with video tape quality for a long time. After that, the official release was decided and the fans were delighted for a moment, but it was not a satisfying content because it was only a sound source or a video of only a small part. This title was produced again in response to the sad news of David Crosby (passed away in January 2023). Of course, since it is a master of video tape quality, it does not go to official quality at once, but I corrected the image as much as possible, readjusted the volume, increased the bit rate and put it in Blu-ray. In the first place, the full-length recording was more than three hours of live performances, and it required considerable compression to fit on a single DVD, so it is perfect for Blu-ray. A nice re-appearance as an upgraded and easy-to-see item that fits neatly in one piece. A must-see is the supreme live performance full of brilliance emitted by the energy on the verge of breaking when the four individuality of each member’s activity was at its peak.
デヴィッド・クロスビー、スティーヴン・スティルス、グラハム・ナッシュにニール・ヤングによるスーパー・グループによるライヴ映像。1974年ウェンブリー・スタジアムで行われたライヴで、古くからビデオ・テープ・クオリティながら全編プロ・ショット映像とありコレクター間では有名なものでした。その後時は流れオフィシャルでもリリースが決まり一瞬ファンを狂喜させたものの、音源のみであったり極一部のみの映像であったりと決して満足できる内容ではありませんでした。今回デヴィッド・クロスビーの悲報（2023年1月逝去）を受け再度製作されたのが本タイトル。もちろんビデオ・テープ・クオリティのマスターであるため一気にオフィシャル・クオリティとはいきませんが、可能な限り映像補正し音量再調節しアップ・ビットレートしてブルー・レイに収めました。そもそも全編収録となるとは三時間を超えるライヴで、DVD一枚に収めるにはかなりの圧縮も必要だったためブルー・レイにはもってこい。アップ・グレードかつすっきり一枚に収まった見やすいアイテムとして嬉しい再登場。メンバー各自の活動も全盛期にあった四つの個性が、ぶつかり合い押し合い壊れる寸前のエネルギーが放った輝きに満ちた至上のライヴは必見です。
