【ディスク１：究極アップグレードのプロショット】
以上、全191公演。私たち日本人にとっては伝説の初来日が象徴的ですが、本作のメドウランズ公演は、その初来日から２ヶ月後。「北米#3」の13公演目にあたるコンサートでした。このショウは、以前から流出プロショットが有名で、全盛期BOSTONの決定映像として大人気を博してきました。タイムコードや画面中央のテロップなどが入る既発をご覧になった方も多いと思います。本作は、そんな傑作プロショットの最上級アップグレード盤。センターアングル以外はモノクロになるのは同じものの、邪魔なタイムコードもテロップもなく、BOSTONだけが画面を占領する極上映像。同様の“テロップなし版”はギフト・タイトルでもご紹介しましたが、本作はその元マスターからロスレスでディスク化。基本はギフト盤に準じるものの、さらに画質も音質も向上した究極クオリティ・バージョンなのです。
しかも、単に「コードやテロップがない」だけではありません。強烈なのは基本的な画質／音質のクオリティ。どうやら当時、撮影／編集された大元マスターからダイレクトにデジタル化されているらしく、既発はあったテープの経年劣化によるヨレや潰れが見当たらず、アナログ・ダビング由来の歪みもない。もちろん、撮影自体はアナログですし（恐らく撮影時のものと思われる）アングル切り替え時の微細な乱れはそのまま。本作でもオフィシャル級とはいかないものの、ジェネレーションや保存状態は比較にならないほどビビッドでビッカビカ。「マシになった」ではなく「美しい」「これ以上はムリだな」と感じられるタイプのアップグレードなのです。

【ディスク２：極上サウンドボード・アルバム】
そんな究極プロショットは、サウンドも極上。本作は、あまりに素晴らしすぎるステレオ・サウンドボード音声をライヴアルバムに仕上げました。
そのクオリティは、トム・ショルツのスペーシーなサウンドもブラッド・デルプの歌声も耳元に直接飛び込んでくる卓直結サウンド。これまた「オフィシャル級」と呼ぶには歓声も遠くややラフなミックスでもあるのですが、だからこそ味わえるシンクロ感は絶大。オフィシャルやFM放送では歓声のリミックスで磨き上げ、作品らしい気品を醸し出すもの。本作にはそうした作為がなく、その場で奏でられる演奏音そのものが脳みそに流し込まれ、バンドと完全一体となれる。無作為のリアリズムが凄いのです。そして、それが“1979年のTOTO”だからこそ鮮烈。現在の大所帯編成とは違い、たった５人で精緻な音世界を再現していく。あの奇跡のようなアンサンブルがこれ以上なく事細かに描かれるのです。
しかも、このディスクはその究極盤。前述のギフト盤では（ごく瞬間的ではあるものの）音切れやノイズがありましたが、本作のマスターはそうした欠点が一切ない。シームレスな美音が絶え間なく全体を貫く極上品なのです。もちろん、単にDVDから音だけを抜いたのではなく、オーディオ再生を前提に最適化しています。
そのクオリティで描かれる全盛期のショウは豪華絢爛。日中のオープンスタジアムなので日本公演とはムードが違うものの、セットはほぼ同一。アンコールの「Television Politician」「Don’t Be Afraid」が未収録なだけで、約80分に渡って『幻想飛行』『DON’T LOOK BACK』の名曲群が一気呵成に押し寄せる。特に幻のままになっている名曲「Help Me To Forget（Shattered Images）」がプロショット＆サウンドボードで観られるのです。
