After leaving Purple, Richie reunited with Rainbow and released the album “STRANGER IN US ALL”. Japan tour was realized in 1995 with the new album. This work is the first day from the performance in Japan, the 2nd November 1995, Yoyogi Olympic Pool Performance is fully recorded with high sound quality. パープル脱退後のリッチーがレインボーを再結成し、アルバム『STRANGER IN US ALL』をリリース。そのニュー・アルバムに伴い1995年にジャパン・ツアーが実現した。 本作はその来日公演より初日1995年11月2日代々木オリンピックプール公演を高音質で完全収録。 音質の良いメインソースを基本として、欠落部分を別ソースで補完することにより、コンサート終演を告げる「Over The Rainbow」まで完全収録している。 現在のところレインボーとしての来日はこの時が最後となっている。 ツアーは全8公演で、東京、名古屋、大阪の他、京都や福岡、そして横浜といった全国の大都市を縦断した。 特に横浜公演の前には仲間とサッカーの親善試合を行なうなど、日本滞在を満喫したようである。 美しいピクチャー・ディスク仕様の永久保存がっちりプレス盤。日本語帯付。
