Released on March 1, 1973, half a century ago, the immortal masterpiece “Crazy” still shines as the biggest monument in rock music. Two press CD titles commemorating the 50th anniversary will be released at the same time. This work is the second edition. It is the “true master sound madness” revealed for the first time by the first outflow master.

What is the identity of the “true master sound”? “It’s an “official leaked unprocessed master clone”.” For the past 50 years, collectors around the world have sought “ultimate sound madness” and “true master sound”. In particular, FLOYD maniacs are very picky all over the world, and they have been searching for “the madness with the best sound” by gathering various media / press differences from each country and comparing the sounds while having discussions in various forums. . However, all of them are sourced from LPs, cassettes, CDs, high-quality CDs, etc. In other words, it was all “mediaized” at one time. However, this work is different. It is a sound source brought by a unique researcher route that has not been circulated on the net, etc., and it was leaked from the site of official remastering work. The more important point than the background is the “unprocessed” stage, just a natural transfer from the original analog master. In other words, it has never been copied to media such as LPs and CDs, and has not been subjected to any equalization or sound pressure adjustment. It is exactly the sound of “master tape itself”.
Ultimate freshness and completely unprocessed “true madness”
The sound is the ultimate natural “madness” beyond imagination. When you listen to it, it feels plain and simple, but the more you concentrate, the more you notice the resolution of the ringing, and you can listen to the details as far as possible. Whether it’s a guitar or a drum, you can see the vibration of the strings and skin at the rise of one note, and you can feel the space of the studio in the beautifully drawn elongation to the tip that disappears. To put it into words, it will sound like the first LP and high-quality CD version that we have introduced so far, but this work is at a different level. “I want to see more details!” It’s beautiful even if you turn up the volume. Currently, it is the first Japanese edition CD “CP35-3017” that is considered “the best madness” among FLOYD maniacs around the world, but compared to this work, the treble has been strengthened, and the volume has been raised. As it goes on, it gradually hurts my ears. In addition, Mobile Fidelity’s “UDCD 517” is also known for its high sound quality, but this one is powerful with bass. After all, it becomes noisy when applied at a high volume.
However, you won’t get tired of listening to this work even if you raise it steadily (this is only a comparison with other records. Please be careful not to raise the volume infinitely and make the system stupid). Even the intro of “Time” or the guitar solo of “Money” does not lose its softness, and you can immerse your whole body in the subtle SE and chlorine subtleties that emerge.
Even if it was the first edition, the LP physically converted the sound into grooves, and the Japanese first edition CD, which has been said to be “the sound closest to the master”, also played with the sound. This work is the ultimate original “madness” without any such processing or conversion, the true appearance of the historical daimyo board.
