Paul McCartney’s 2014 USA Tour video work from Empress Valley x Zavel Japan! A performance in Japan that ended in a phantom in 2014. “Empress Valley x Zavel Japan” continued to search for the fist, no, microphone and camera pointed up, but it helped to focus on Paul’s resurrection USA tour. The first video work of the US Expedition Tour will appear on July 9 at the Chicago United Center. Complete performances at this big venue known as the home of the Chicago Bulls of the NBA and Chicago Blackhawks of the NHL! Of course, it is a completely original video that can only be seen in this work! !! Since the same master as the super-high-quality sound source used in the simultaneously released sound source “OUT THER USA Tour “LIVE IN CHICAGO” (3CD) [EVSD-724/725/726]” is used for the sound quality, It is also a wonderful item in terms of surface. There are several other footages of the Chicago show out there, but in terms of distance to the stage, camera work, and image quality, they’re definitely not comparable at all when compared to this work. .. (If you are a sensible fan, it will be noticed when it is packed in one DVDR.) If you have an already released video, please see this work by all means! You will be amazed at the overwhelming quality! !! Since it is shooting from the stage poor side (Somote), very close (rather than almost in front of me, at the same position as the cameraman’s seat), there are many scenes where the pole is mainly taken from the side. You can enjoy super beautiful images with almost no camera shake, mainly with 3 shots of, Rusty, and Brian. Notably, the closeness, and because the stage is so close, you can clearly see even Paul’s detailed expressions, and you can tell from his complexion that his physical condition has recovered perfectly. The appearance of Paul re-appearing with the American flag in the encore, “Golden Slumbers ~” The position was moved from the piano in the middle of the medley, and it was held down perfectly even with 3 people turning solo and turning to the guitar, and this power is wonderful. There is no choice but to say. The flashy production of “Live And Let Die” seen from the side is quite fresh.

The second installment of Paul McCartney’s 2014 USA Tour video work sent by Empress Valley x Zavel Japan! Following Paul, who left Chicago, the birthplace of the skyscrapers, he followed Fargo, a town in North Dakota that was famous (or rather known) for the Cohen Brothers movie title. Surrounded by idyllic countryside scenery, the stage “Fargo Dome” on this day is a live venue that celebrates the taste of “a small dome of nature” and is about the same size (estimated) as “Yokohama Arena” in Japan. It was a little small (for Paul’s live venue). This item (of course, the original master) is a complete recording of a live at a venue where you can’t imagine that Paul’s live will be held. The sound uses the same master as the super-high-quality sound source used in the simultaneously released sound source “OUT THER USA Tour “LIVE IN FARGO” (3CD) [EVSD-727/728/729]”. It is a wonderful item. The position selected for shooting on the day is close to the center of the arena and the recording position. The video recorded while being surrounded by cheerful local Caucasians, while focusing on screen shots, firmly captures the pole on the stage with a close shot at key points, and it is also very stable with little camera shake Therefore, for those who want to relax and enjoy the live performance, it is an excellent visual item with a balanced sense. Compared to the shocking footage of “OUT THER USA Tour “LIVE IN CHICAGO FILM”” that recorded the Chicago performance, the impact is weaker, but since it captures the image on the screen perfectly, for example “Maybe I’m Amazed” It is a work that allows you to fully enjoy the moving image effects like in songs such as “Something”.

Tour “LIVE IN CHICAGO”(3CD)[EVSD-724/725/726]」で使用されている超高音質音源と同じマスターを使用しているため、音質面においても大変素晴らしいアイテムとなっています。同シカゴ公演を収録した映像は他にもいくつか出回っていますが、それらはステージまでの距離、カメラワーク、画質のいずれにおいても本作と比べるならばはっきり言ってまったく比較の対象になりません。（1枚のDVDRに詰め込まれている時点で賢明なファンの方であればお気づきでしょう。）既発映像をお持ちの方にこそ、是非とも本作をご覧になっていただきたい！この圧倒的なクオリティには度肝を抜かれるはずです！！ステージ下手（しもて）、ごく付近（というよりもほぼ目の前、カメラマン席と同等の位置）からの撮影という事で、主にポールを横から写しているシーンが多くなっており、ポール、ラスティ、ブライアンの3ショットをメインに、手ぶれほとんどなしの超美麗映像をお楽しみいただけます。特筆すべきはその近さ、とにかくステージが近いためポールの細かい表情まではっきりと確認でき、体調が万全に回復したことがその顔色からも伺えるという、ファンには感涙モノの映像です。アンコールで星条旗を手に再登場するポールの姿、「Golden Slumbers ～」メドレー途中でピアノからポジション移動し、ギターに持ち替えて3人でソロ回しをするさまもバッチリ押さえられており、この迫力は見事と言うほかありません。真横から見る「Live And Let Die」のド派手な演出もなかなか新鮮です。

エンプレスヴァレイ×ザヴェル・ジャパンが送る、ポール・マッカートニーの2014年USAツアー映像作品第2弾！摩天楼発祥の地シカゴを後にしたポールご一行を追いかけ、コーエン兄弟の映画のタイトルで有名な（というよりもそれぐらいでしか知られていない）ノースダコタの町ファーゴへと移動。のどかな田園風景に囲まれるこの日の舞台「ファーゴドーム」は、さながら「大自然の小さなドーム」といった趣きをたたえるライブ会場で、日本で言えば「横浜アリーナ」と同程度（推定）の規模の（ポールのライブ会場としては）いささか小規模なものでした。そんな、およそポールのライブが開催されるとは想像が付かないような会場でのライブを完全収録したのが当アイテム（もちろんオリジナル・マスターです）。音声は同時リリースの音源「OUT THER U.S.A. Tour “LIVE IN FARGO”(3CD)[EVSD-727/728/729]」で使用されている超高音質音源と同じマスターを使用し、音質面においても大変素晴らしいアイテムとなっています。当日シューティングに選ばれたポジションは、アリーナのほぼ中央、録音位置とも近接しています。陽気な地元の白人さん達に囲まれながら収録された映像は、スクリーン・ショットを中心としながらも、要所ではステージ上のポールをクローズショットでしっかりと捉えており、また手ぶれも少なく非常に安定しているので、落ち着いてライブをじっくり楽しみたい向きには持って来いのバランス感覚に秀でた映像アイテムに仕上がっています。シカゴ公演を収録した「OUT THER U.S.A. Tour “LIVE IN CHICAGO FILM”」の衝撃的な映像に比べるとインパクトこそ弱いものの、スクリーンの映像をばっちり捉えているので、例えば「Maybe I’m Amazed」や「Something」などの楽曲におけるような感動的な映像効果を存分に楽しめる作品になっています。

エンプレスヴァレイ×ザヴェル・ジャパンが送る、ポール・マッカートニーの2014年USAツアー映像作品第3弾！ネブラスカ大学を擁する中西部の小都市リンカーン、緑豊かな学園都市のダウンタウンど真ん中、古き良きアメリカの情緒を伝えてくれるヘイマーケットに隣接したライブ会場Pinnacle Bank Arenaでおこなわれたライブを完全収録。前公演のファーゴドーム程では有りませんがやはりコンパクトな会場、撮影ポジションは録音ポジションと隣接した、アリーナほぼ中央、ファーゴ公演と似た環境下でのシューティングとなっています。ファーゴ公演を収録した「OUT THER U.S.A. Tour “LIVE IN FARGO FILM”」以上にスクリーン・ショットをメインに撮影されており、スクリーンの映像効果を存分に楽しめます。数多くはありませんが、要所でのステージへのクローズショット箇所ではポールの表情も正面からとらえており、カメラ目線気味にウインクするシーンもばっちり確認できます。音声には同時リリースの音源「OUT THER U.S.A. Tour “LIVE IN LINCOLN”(3CD)[EVSD-730/731/732]」で使用されている超高音質音源と同じマスターを使用し、音質面においても大変素晴らしいアイテムとなっています。しかもこの日はライブ開演前に上映されているオープニング・フィルム（あの「Bésame Mucho」からスタートするDJリミックスと同期して流される映像です）をコンプリートで撮影に成功！オープニングフィルムをコンプリート収録した映像アイテムはこれまで存在しなかったので、非常に貴重な映像と言えるでしょう。いや～この映像を観れるのは凄いですよ！2013年来日公演の開演前のあの興奮が蘇ってきます！

Tour “LIVE IN KANSAS CITY”(3CD)[EVSD-733/734/735]」で使用されている超高音質音源と同じマスターを使用しているため、サウンド面においても大変素晴らしいアイテムに仕上がりました。同カンザスシティ公演を収録した映像タイトルは他にもいくつかDVDRなどが出回っていますが、それらはステージまでの距離、カメラワーク、画質のいずれにおいても本作と比べるならばはっきり言ってまったく比較の対象にならないものです。（1枚のDVDRに詰め込まれている時点で賢明なファンの方であればお気づきでしょう。）既発映像をお持ちの方にこそ、是非とも本作をご覧になっていただきたい！この圧倒的なクオリティには度肝を抜かれるはずです！！ファーゴ、リンカーンののどかな雰囲気とは打って変わり、活気あふれる何処かしら危険な香りすら漂う都会の空気に期待も高まります。この日のライブは、ポールUSAツアー7月最後のライブ、遠征予定もこの日が最終日、カメラを握る手にも力が入るというものです。今回のツアーの中でもダントツで持ち物検査が厳しかったこの日、幸運にも恵まれ何とか機材の持込に成功した録音＆撮影チーム。セッティングを終えシューティングポジションに着き、後は開演を待つばかりです。開演までの待ち時間、会場であるスプリントセンターを、アリーナ中央よりくまなく観察。広さといい形といい、武道館に良く似ています。幻に終わってしまった2014年武道館公演、本来であれば武道館のアリーナからポールの撮影にチャレンジしていたはず。そんな思いが頭を過ぎる中会場は暗転、ツアーの締めとなるライブの開始です。今回の撮影ポジションはリンカーン・ファーゴと同じくアリーナ中央。そしてこの日はようやくポールまでの直線上に障壁となるような極端に大きいオーディエンスはいない、という理想的な状況を得ることが出来ました。ライブ全体を通じてステージ上の生ポールをクローズショットで狙いつつ、たまに引いてバックのスクリーンも写すという理想的なバランスの安定感満点のシューティングに成功しました。撮影位置的にはファーゴ、リンカーンと似通った場所ではあるものの、映っている映像は全く違う内容になっているので、どちらもあわせてお楽しみ頂けると思います。2014年7月のUSAツアーの締めくくりとなる最高の公演を最高の画質・音質でお楽しみいただける事と思います！ネット上に転がっている微妙な音源・映像を詰め込んだだけの腰砕けアイテムとは完全に別物といえる今回の米国遠征シリーズ。いずれも真のポールファンを自負する諸兄に送るマストアイテムです！
