After the dissolution of the 70’s, the Mahavishnu Orchestra’s soundboard live, which was revived in the 80’s with a lineup of new members, is now available!
Recorded from the sound board sound board for FM broadcasting the performance at the Vitoria-Gasteiz Jazz Festival held every year in Spain on July 16, 1984.
John McLaughlin at this time used a lot of guitar synths and was characterized by playing with a sound like a keyboard, and Bill Evans (saxophone) known as Miles band also participated in the members. A unique performance is unfolded. Chick Corea, who participated in the festival, will appear as a guest in the last two songs.

７０年代の解散以降、新メンバーによるラインアップで８０年代に復活したマハヴィシュヌ・オーケストラのサウンドボード・ライブが登場！
８４年７月１６日スペインで毎年開催されているビトリア・ガステイス・ジャズ・フェスティバルでの公演をFM放送用サウンドボード音源から収録。
この時期のジョン・マクラフリンはギター・シンセを多用しておりまるでキーボードの様なサウンドで演奏しているのが特徴で、メンバーにはマイルス・バンドで知られるビル・エバンス（サックス）も参加しており独特な演奏が繰り広げられています。ラスト２曲では同フェスに参加していたチック・コリアがゲスト出演。
８０年代マハヴィシュヌ注目のサウンドボード・ライブの登場です。
