KISS in 1992, who was vomiting with “REVENGE”, one of the best masterpieces of the no-makeup era. Three masterpiece live albums that allow you to experience the tour on site will be released at the same time.
This work is the first of such a three-part series. “April 27, 1992 Tempe Performance”. It is the best audience recording. All three series released at the same time this week are “REVENGE Tour”, but all legs are different. The tripartite work is designed to track the world tour. So what position does this work hold? This is KISS in 1992. Although it is a world tour, it is actually only three countries, the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. The Tempe performance of this work is also the beginning of the beginning. It was a concert corresponding to the 4th performance of “North America # 1”. Our shop also handles tour rehearsals “REVENGE IS READY” and “REVENGE TOUR PRESS SHOW 1992”, but the live main part is only “North America # 2”. Although this work is also in North America, it is a new masterpiece that tells us about the early stage of the tour, which was before the album was released.
This work, which vacuum-packed such a scene, is truly a masterpiece. Anyway, the core that is on roars with a direct feeling. The feeling of air is clear and transparent, and the details are clearly transmitted to the fine details, and the feeling of separateness is great. The best sound in this trilogy … I would say, I must have thought it was an FM sound board without the lively applause. It is so far away from the audience.
The first-ever tour with Eric Singer is pictured with the finest direct sound, full of enthusiasm. Speaking of the symbol of the “REVENGE Tour”, it is the official “ALIVE III”. Let’s organize the set while comparing here.

Especially around “100,000 Years”, “Cold Gin”, “I Was Made For Lovin’ You”, “God Of Thunder”, “Calling Dr. Love”, “I Stole Your Love”, the sound board album “CLEVELAND 1992 ( Zodiac 475)” is a repertoire that cannot be heard.
Whether it’s the enthusiasm of the performance or the set that starts with “Love Gun”, this is a live album with a very different mood from the previous “REVENGE Tour” recordings. A new masterpiece that allows you to fully experience the full show with the best sound of FM broadcasting just because it is the beginning of such a tour. It is the most highly recommended board among the three simultaneous releases.

本作は、そんな３連作の第一弾。「1992年４月27日テンピ公演」。その極上オーディエンス録音です。今週同時リリースの３連作はどれも“REVENGE Tour”でありつつ、レッグはすべて別。３連作でワールド・ツアーを追跡できるようになっています。では、本作はどのポジションにあたるのか。まずは、ツアーの全体像から３連作の位置関係を確かめてみましょう。

これが1992年のKISS。ワールドツアーとは言っても実は米国・カナダ・英国の３ヵ国だけ。本作のテンピ公演は、その中でも序盤も序盤。「北米#1」の４公演目にあたるコンサートでした。当店ではツアーリハ『REVENGE IS READY』『REVENGE TOUR PRESS SHOW 1992』も扱っておりますが、ライヴ本編は「北米#2」ばかり。本作も北米ではありますが、まだアルバム発売前だったツアー序盤を教えてくれる新名盤なのです。
そんな現場を真空パックした本作は、まさに極上の銘品。とにかくオンな芯がダイレクト感いっぱいに轟く。空気感もクリアに透き通っていてディテールも微細部までクッキリ鮮やかに伝わり、セパレート感も絶大。今回の３連作でも一番の極上サウンド……と言いますか、生々しい喝采がなかったらFMサウンドボードだと思ったに違いない。それほどまでにオーディエンス離れしているのです。
