This work is the first of three simultaneous releases. It is a super powerful stereo sound board recording of “December 30, 1982 Sioux City Performance”. This work is the most important measure that will attract the most attention among the simultaneous release trilogy, but in order to explain its meaning, basic knowledge of “CREATURES OF THE NIGHT Tour” is necessary. First, let’s look back from the schedule at the time and grasp the position of each of the three titles.

This is the 1982/1983 KISS. The Sioux City performance of this work is the early stage “North America # 1a”, but the sister work “ROCKFORD 1982 SOUNDBOARD (Zodiac 530)” released at the same time this week is also a record of “North America # 1a”. Let’s zoom in on the schedule further.
-Details of North America #1a
・ December 29: Bismarck Performance (Vinnie Premiere)
・December 30: Sioux City performance ← This work
・December 31 “ROCKFORD 1982 SOUNDBOARD”
In this way, this work is the second performance of the “CREATURES OF THE NIGHT Tour”. This is the very early stage of the second performance after joining Vinnie Vincent. Although such a historical show has been known for audience recording for a long time, this work is a completely different new excavation sound board. It was uploaded to the net somewhere recently, but it was deleted in no time. It is a rare sound source that many collectors are unaware of the fact that it has become a phantom almost at the same time as its appearance and has been excavated.
And it’s irresistible because the quality is intense and matchless. It is a so-called mix table direct connection system, completely official grade … that’s all. It is not neatly arranged like the official work, but the unprocessed and extremely thick performance sound rampages like exposure, and the drums fly left and right with a furious bread. The bass roars with each note, the guitar is clear to the creaking, and the howling is just as it is. It is super vivid, and you can enjoy a tremendous sense of synchronization where the whole body matches perfectly with the ensemble of four people.
The show drawn with such a transcendental soundboard is nothing short of amazing. In the preface, I wrote that “this work is the most important work”, but the factor is the set. Let’s organize it while comparing it with the next day’s sister work “ROCKFORD 1982 SOUNDBOARD”.
●CREATURES OF THE NIGHT (6 songs)
・Creatures of the Night/I Love It Loud/Keep Me Comin’ (★)/War Machine/Rock and Roll Hell (★)/I Still Love You
70’s Classics (10 songs)
・KISS: Strutter/Firehouse/Cold Gin/Black Diamond
・DESTROYER: Shout It Out Loud/God Of Thunder/Detroit Rock City
・Other: Calling Dr. Love/I Want You/Love Gun
* Note: “★” marks are super rare songs only at the beginning of the tour.
… and it looks like this. Six songs have been featured from “CREATURES OF THE NIGHT”, among which are extremely rare songs “Keep Me Comin ‘” and “Rock and Roll Hell”! Both good songs were temporarily revived in 2016, but basically they were limited songs only for 1982. Moreover, the former is only 3 performances at the beginning of the tour, and the latter is only 2 performances. Yes, “Keep Me Comin’” is a super rare song that you can’t listen to even in sister works, and you can enjoy it on the official transcendence direct sound board.
“Anyway, it was a shock.” Even though it’s just a Vinny era sound board that transcends 40 years of space and time, it’s ridiculously high quality, and two super rare songs are included. It’s been a long time since I’ve had a shock like this. The biggest and strongest impact board in 2022 that is too amazing to think about anything. Please fully enjoy the permanent preservation press 2CD.
* Super strong stereo sound board recording of “December 30, 1982 Sioux City Performance”, the second performance after joining Vinnie Vincent. A phantom master that was recently uploaded to a certain place on the net and deleted in a blink of an eye, and the quality is also intense and unrivaled. Directly connected to the mix desk, the unprocessed and extremely thick performance sounds are rampant, and the drums fly left and right with a fierce panning. The extremely rare songs “Keep Me Comin'” and “Rock and Roll Hell” are also the birth of a shocking work that can be enjoyed with a super close sound board.
