2012 JUDAS PRIEST who welcomed Richie Faulkner and delivered the strongest history tour “EPITAPH” to Japan. An original recording that allows you to experience the scene at its best is newly discovered. Two treasured books from the master collection will be released at the same time.
This work is the first one. It is a transcendental audience recording of the performance of “February 11, 2012: Kobe International House”. This week we will be releasing two works at the same time with our sister work “BUDOKAN 2012 (Shades 1353)” on the same tour, so let’s first check the positions of both works on the schedule for coming to Japan.

・ February 7: Fukuoka Sun Palace
・ February 9: Pacifico Yokohama
・ February 11: Kobe International House ← ★ This work ★
・ February 13: Hiroshima ALSOK HALL
・ February 14: Aichi Arts Theater
・ February 16: Zepp Tokyo (additional performance)
・ February 17, “BUDOKAN 2012”

Above, all 7 performances. The sister work “BUDOKAN 2012” was Chiaki Raku, but this work is the first half. It was the third concert. This work, which was recorded at the scene, is a famous recording that depicts the “best” in the picture. After all, it was Mr. “Western Japan’s strongest taper” who made this work a thing. If you are an HR / HM fan using our shop, you probably don’t know the name of a master. Compliments such as “like a sound board” and “sound better than on-site” have become standard, but this work is also a brand that makes the gold signboard even more brilliant. The extremely thick and sharp-edged core roars directly without a sense of distance, and despite being super powerful, it also has a great sense of stability that does not distort fine dust from deep bass to treble.
And what should be noted is the ringing of the hall. Even if you listen with headphones, it’s so small that you can’t even notice it, and it seems like you’ll forget about it, but with or without it, it’s a big difference. A faint aura of whether or not it can be sensed clings to the bare core, giving it an indescribable luster. It does not impair the sharpness of each riff, but rather produces a glaring metallic luster like a razor or a Japanese sword. Especially, this work has a wonderful brilliance. Although both of the two works released at the same time this week are at the highest level, it can be said that this work is one step ahead in terms of this metallic luster.

The sound of such brilliance is a full show that traces the glory of the steel god. Actually, the set itself is the same as the official work “EPITAPH”, so I will omit the analysis, but the “EPITAPH World Tour” was originally carried out as the last farewell tour. The concept is selected from all the albums, and the overall feeling is unique. Of course, the rare songs dug up by that concept are delicious. “Starbreaker”, which has been revived for the first time in 21 years, and “Diamonds & Rust”, “Night Crawler”, and “Prophecy”, which have not been played at the end of this tour, are also surprisingly rare.
And, after all, “Never Satisfied” from the debut work “ROCKA ROLLA” and “Blood Red Skies” from “RAM IT DOWN”! “Never Satisfied” was said to have been played in the 70’s, but there was no evidence of sound, and “Blood Red Skies” was not played in 1988. Moreover, neither of the two songs has been picked up after that, and it is a number that can only be heard on the “EPITAPH World Tour”. You can enjoy the Japanese performance.

It may have been private because there was also an official work “EPITAPH”, but it’s too wasteful that such a recording didn’t see the light of day. The ultimate history live recorded by a master among the masters who can not be seen on the right if you record heavy metal. Now that we are looking forward to the 50th anniversary business, this is a new masterpiece that we would like you to experience.

★ Recording of a superb audience of the performance of “February 11, 2012: Kobe International House”. The treasured collection of the master “West Japan’s strongest taper”, the sound is just superb. The extremely thick and sharp-edged core roars directly without a sense of distance, and despite being super powerful, it has a great sense of stability that does not distort fine dust from deep bass to treble. A faint aura of whether or not it can be detected clings to the exposed core, creating a glaring metallic luster like a razor or Japanese sword in each riff. You can experience the best history live full of rare songs such as “Starbreaker”, “Night Crawler”, “Never Satisfied” and “Blood Red Skies”.

ALSOK HALL
・2月16日:Zepp Tokyo(追加公演)

そして、何と言ってもデビュー作『ROCKA ROLLA』の「Never Satisfied」と、『RAM IT DOWN』の「Blood Red Skies」!
