… And it looks like this. The songs with “★” are more than just “HIGH LIVE”, they are all must-listen and must-see songs. Andy sings better than his own songs in “Ride The Sky” and “How Many Tears”, and Andy’s version of “Mankind” is only on this tour. On the contrary, the performance itself is this around the masterpiece “Where The Eagle Learns To Fly” of PINK CREAM 69, “Grapowski’s Malmsuite 1001 (In D-Doll)” where Grapow becomes an ingee, and the hidden masterpiece “The Game Is On”. It’s a limited song only for the tour. In particular, “The Game Is On” is a masterpiece among the masterpieces in which the rich Weikath clause explodes. これが1994年／1995年のHELLOWEEN。（SCORPIONSは例外中の例外として）ドイツのバンドは基本的に英米バンドよりも活動規模が小さいものですが、それにしても小粒なスケジュール。『MASTER OF THE RINGS』の好評を受けて早く次作に取りかかろうとしたのかもしれません。ともあれ、本作のリヒテンフェルス公演はそんなツアーのメインだった「欧州」レッグ17公演目のコンサートでもありました。
そんなショウで記録された本作は、まさに極上。つい先日発掘されたばかりのマスターVHSからダイレクトにデジタル化された銘品でして、ダビング痕ゼロの発色はナチュラルで美しく、ノイズレスな映像美は徹底的に艶やか。もちろん、VHSマスターですから画質そのものはアナログ感覚で現代基準では「完全オフィシャル級！」とは喧伝しかねるものの、当時基準だったらノドから血を吐き出す勢いで叫びたい……そんな次元の映像美なのです。

……と、このようになっています。「★」付きは単に『HIGH LIVE』で見られないという以上に必聴・必見のオモシロ曲ばかり。「Ride The Sky」「How Many Tears」ではアンディが持ち歌より上手く歌っていますし、アンディ版の「Mankind」もこのツアーだけ。それどころか、PINK CREAM 69の名曲「Where The Eagle Learns To Fly」やグラポウがインギーになりきる「Grapowski’s Malmsuite 1001 (In D-Doll)」、それに隠れ名曲「The Game Is On」辺りは、演奏自体がこのツアーだけの限定曲なのです。特に「The Game Is On」は、濃厚なヴァイキー節が炸裂する名曲中の名曲。曲の前にアンディがゲームボーイについて触れるのも超・時代感（笑）ですし、まさに必見の１曲です。
このショウから27年。HELLOWEENはマイケル・キスク＆カイ・ハンセンを戻した７人編成で新作まで発表するまでに至りました。アンディの懐の深さには驚くばかりですが、それが出来るのも落ち目のバンドを復活させ、長年に渡って顔を務めてきた自信があったからでしょう。本作に記録されているのは、そんな新章の開幕に沸き立つHELLOWEENなのです。激レア曲も燃え上がる若き熱演も眩しすぎる“MASTER OF THE RINGS Tour”の極上プロショット。まさに『HIGH LIVE』の姉妹作と言ってもいい１枚。どうぞ、心ゆくまで存分にお楽しみください！
