With the new drummer Josh Freeze, the new FOO FIGHTERS have embarked on a full-fledged tour. Following the distribution live “PREPARING MUSIC FOR CONCERTS”, the latest stage footage has arrived.
This work was filmed at “June 2, 2023 Nürburg Performance”. This is the 2023 schedule that has been announced so far. The “PREPARING MUSIC FOR CONCERTS” that I introduced the other day was the first re-launch that also served as the unveiling of the new drummer, but after that the new work “BUT HERE WE ARE” was released. This work was also the stage on the day of its release.
The pattern was filmed professionally and distributed. This work is a DVD made from the best master. The quality is, in a word, “completely official grade”. It seems natural because it is the latest delivery of a famous festival, but the German pro shot is still amazing. その模様はプロ撮影されて配信。本作はそのベスト・マスターからDVD化されたものなのです。そのクオリティは、ひと言「完全オフィシャル級」。有名フェスの最新配信なのですから当たり前のようですが、それにしてもやはりドイツ産プロショットは凄い。ドイツのフェス映像と言えば、2000年代には猛烈にアクティヴな撮影技で世界をリードしたものですが、現代でもその威光は生きている。あの頃のようにグリングリンとカメラを動かす見せつけ感はなく抑え気味ではありますが、その分さらりと醸すダイナミズムとバンド自身のカッコ良さを主軸に置いたセンスの良さが進化している。１アングル１アングルの構図まで決まった画面が素晴らしく、曲想に沿ったカット割りのセンスも健在。現代では欧州各国のフェス配信が当たり前になりましたが、やはりドイツは頭１つ抜けている。カンペキなサウンド・ミックスも併せ、長い歴史を誇る伝統の英国BBCや世界を席巻した米国MTVにも並ぶ世界最高峰のクオリティです。
