The undisclosed first generation DAT master of Clapton’s year-end event “New Year’s Eve Dance” has arrived from the British heavyweight taper who is familiar with Eric Clapton’s treasured sound source! It is a master that completely recorded the charity concert held at the community center of Walking, a rural town in Clapton’s hometown of Surrey on December 31, 2012, with a stereo audience recording of “amazing”. So far, our store has released a series of high-quality sound sources from this event in 1996, 1997, 2002, 2007, 2011, and 2022 from both the Beano and Uxbridge labels, and has been very well received. However, the master of this time is probably the best sound quality so far. The recorded position is probably in the front row, right in front of Clapton. It feels like Clapton’s guitar is ringing in front of you, and Clapton’s play nuances are transmitted directly from the Fender tweed amp. Other musical sounds are also separated into stereo and approaching. The impression is that the vocals are somewhat withdrawn, but this is probably because the vocals were heard through the left and right PAs because the PA speakers could not be installed in the center of the stage. This sound quality is just an amazing level that can only be called “surprise”. In addition to that, the great thing about this master is that it contains the stage of the year when the members were extravagant than usual. While the usual British musicians, including Gary Brooker, are backing up, this year Steve Winwood participated fully. In addition, Brooker’s friend keyboardist Judy Blair (a keyboardist from Texas, USA in 1948, moved to France in 1994, participated in numerous rock and jazz festivals, and participated in the event the previous year. This concert was originally a charity event for AA (Anonymous Association for Alcoholics) titled “New Year’s Eve Dance” that has been held annually since 1993. What has been done became a regular event sponsored by Clapton in 1993, and has been established as “New Year’s Eve Dance”, which performs live twice on New Year’s Eve and on New Year’s morning with a break. 【聴きどころ満載！素晴らしきはクラプトンのプレイ】
