The Beatles classic collector’s item “NOT FOR SALE” is now available from the latest remastered reprint series “Retrospective Collection”. [Content Details] “ONE AFTER 909” and “CATSWALK”, rehearsal sound sources of the Cavern Club, which were written as EMI outtakes at the time of release, are recorded in the first stereo remix. The demo sound source of “BAD TO ME” is also recorded in stereo. Outtakes from “HOW DO YOU DO IT” to “IF YOU’VE GOT TROUBLE” are also stereo remixes with clearer sounds than the sound source of the official release “Anthology”. “SHOUT” and “Single Hit Medley” from the TV program “Around the Beatles” are also recorded in stereo. Sound sources such as “YOUR MOTHER SHOULD KNOW” and “GOODBYE” from the not-for-sale acetate board and “I’VE GOT A FEELING” from the get back session are also original stereo remix sound sources. “BIRTHDAY”, which was a fake sound source in the original, and the additional recorded song “TOMORROW NEVER KNOWS” are also replaced with new sound sources. Also includes 6 sound sources that were added at the time of past CD conversion. All songs on the album have been changed to new stereo remix sound sources.

[内容詳細] リリース当時EMIアウトテイクスとして表記されていたキャバーン・クラブのリハーサル音源である「ONE AFTER 909」「CATSWALK」は初登場のステレオ・リミックスで収録。「BAD TO ME」のデモ音源もステレオ化で収録。「HOW DO YOU DO IT」から「IF YOU’VE GOT TROUBLE」までのアウトテイクスも公式リリース『アンソロジー』の音源以上にクリアな音のステレオ・リミックス。TV番組”アラウンド・ザ・ビートルズ”での「SHOUT」と「シングル・ヒット・メドレー」もステレオ音源で収録。非売品アセテート盤からの「YOUR MOTHER SHOULD KNOW」や「GOODBYE」さらにゲット・バック・セッションからの「I’VE GOT A FEELING」といった音源も独自の初登場ステレオ・リミックス音源となっている。オリジナルではフェイク音源だった「BIRTHDAY」や追加収録曲「TOMORROW NEVER KNOWS」も新規音源に差し替え。その他過去のCD化の際に追加された音源6曲も収録。アルバム全曲すべて新規ステレオ・リミックス音源に変更されています。
