The 1966 Munich performance was probably the only one of the major Beatles live footage that did not have a proper master quality leak. As you know, it is a 44-minute video including the undercard, but you will finally be able to watch it with master quality in this work. Perhaps it seems to have been digitally transferred once with full HD image quality, and it is already a topic among some enthusiasts with early ears. Indeed, compared to conventional images, it is overwhelmingly clear, and the image quality is so high that you can see each string of the guitar.

The CD part has been multi-band remastered and has become a solid stereo sound board sound source. Recorded in stereo for the first time ever. The video recorded on the DVD part this time has improved not only the image quality but also the audio part remarkably. Recorded as an improved version. The DVD allows you to choose between these two types of audio.
Essen’s two songs are first appearances. “Rock And Roll Music” is a short recording but a wonderful sound board sound source. The three songs from the Hamburg performance are also short recordings, but they are the first appearance sound sources.

As mentioned at the beginning, the DVD part has become a hot topic among some maniacs, and in addition to the footage of the Munich performance with the first master quality, the Beatles’ part has been newly colored. And the documentary filmed by the German police at the end is also upgraded. Permanently preserved press board with beautiful picture disc specifications.

主要なビートルズのライヴ映像の中で、おそらく唯一きちんとしたマスター・クオリティによる流出がなかったのが1966年ミュンヘン公演であった。ご存じの通り前座を含めて44分の映像であるが、ようやく本作でマスター・クオリティで観る事が出来るようになる。おそらく一度フルHD画質でデジタル・トランスファーされたもののようで、耳の早い一部マニアの間では既に話題に上がって映像である。なるほど従来の映像と比べると圧倒的に鮮明で、ギターの弦の一本一本が視認出来るくらいの高画質である。

CD部分はマルチバンド・リマスターを施し、重厚なステレオ・サウンドボード音源となっている。ステレオで収録されるのは史上初。今回DVD部分に収録した映像は画質もさることながら音声部分も著しく向上しており、ことビートルズの部分に関してはマルチバンド・リマスターとは別に、この映像付随の音源も既発盤と同ソースながら音質向上版として収録している。DVDではこの2種類の音声を選択できるようになっている。
エッセンの2曲は初登場音源。「Rock And Roll Music」は短い収録ながら素晴らしいサウンドボード音源。ハンブルグ公演の3曲も短い収録ながら初登場音源である。

DVD部分は、冒頭で書いたように一部のマニアの間で話題となっていた、初のマスター・クオリティによるミュンヘン公演の映像に加え、ビートルズの部分を新たにカラー化した映像。そして最後のドイツ警察に撮影よるドキュメンタリーもアップグレードしている。美しいピクチャー・ディスク仕様の永久保存がっちりプレス盤。
