“The Poor Re-Touring Me Tour” and named, from the World Tour due to have been made from 1997 to 1999, “Reload”, than the Japan tour in five years for 8 performances was organized Metallica, Tour 2 Japan eyes and Nagoya Rainbow Hall performances of April 29th, a total of three performances of Budokan 2 days of May 6 days and 7 days, which corresponds to Tokyo the first day, second day, which was held across the Osaka, Hiroshima and Fukuoka, trader than the original DAT master also not been around at all between, 3 performances with full inclusion in the high-quality audience recording. For recording who have been recorded in the same equipment by the same taper all three performances, there is a sense of unity to the sound quality, as a set item, has become a very attractive content. 3 Both performances, less muffled the sound, what is recorded in the sense of scale rich sound from low to high frequency is characterized. Cheers we also picked up but, because it caught firmly on the musical tone in both all performances, in many, exciting sound, you can enjoy the powerful live in this time Metallica. And the only comparison is the sound quality, but you hear so Nagoya performances or from the floor of the scale in the image that you listen to one has been recorded in the most direct in a good sound, in advance listen, Budokan 2 concerts, actually completely lost to it It not, has been recorded in many, stunning sound about the same. Anyway 3 mania in overwhelming quality common to show there is no doubt that would listened in astonishment think. This is a really great set, is a super masterpiece sound source collection of remains in the Metallica sound source History!

Set has become 3 performances both subtle sound, beginning, it appeared members leaving the lighting, bout playing the jam, rush to So What, the production of lighting falls in the middle of the song everywhere is the same, Nagoya When the Budokan first day goes to the Master Of Puppets, Budokan second day is Creeping Death is played in that part. After Fuel in the show the first half, Nagoya and Budokan first day (I hear fresh and listen chorus that Rararara in the venue is now) The Memory Remains, Budokan second day is play Devil’s Dance. After the One, Nagoya and the Budokan the second day, but we medley performance of the familiar Seek & Destroy / Fight Fire With Fire is showing off, Budokan first day playing the Ride The Lightning / No Remorse, then Hit The Lights / the Four Horsemen / Seek & excitement in the medley performance of Destroy / Fight Fire with Fire. In the acoustic part to be exhibited in the show the second half encore of the first has been changed after you play the Low Man’s Lyric The Four Horsemen and Motorbreath or Helpless, in a pattern and daily to be played with Last Caress,. Nagoya, Budokan first day, but you have to play the Battery in the encore last, Budokan second day has been playing Damage, the Inc.. In Enter Sandman the second half of the climax of the first day of the Budokan, seems to trouble in the PA had occurred, also I have been to the performance of the remains troubled Battery of the day. Although the whole, it is anyway amazing sound pressure, sound excessive to crack it without, from beginning to end, are recorded in the balance of Tekion, just Japan taper had an overwhelming quality world-class, six best document we finished in the set. 1998 Japan tour of the best part of the live recording to send in the first class of the original sound source master in both the value and content. Fan is a must-have, must listen definitely!

★ is a review summary of beatleg magazine vol.111 (11 May 2011 issue). In case you’re wondering.

From 1998 Japan tour with the release of “RELOAD”, and Nagoya Rainbow Hall performances of April 29, a total of three performances of the Budokan performances of May 6 days and 7 days to complete recording, six by DAT master set of CD-R appeared. Although the 3 performances with recording who has been recorded with good sound quality that the same, sound quality or not by the position of the seat is a little different. Nagoya performances of 1993, but was sold out, Nagoya performances at this time is in the lonely attendance of less than half of capacity, it seems was greater influence of had on the local “RELORD”. Appeared members within a customer power is on, play after about two minutes jam the “So What”, was the director of the opening to say customer power in the middle of the play disappears. Story last of April 29, played a medley by the music of the 1st and 2nd in the fact that the “Kill / Ride Medley”. And three songs played on acoustic in the encore. Although the “Low Man’s Lyric” is good, the reaction of the audience to the acoustic version of “Four Horsemen” and “Motorbreath” is indeed small. Although the sound quality of the May 6th best among the three performances, Kirk of the guitar sound is a little small, James of vocals is small (microphone stand had five), depending on the song. Since the volume of Kirk side is small, it seems to be recording in the arena front right-hand side. “Kill / Ride Medley” of the day’s long. “Enter Sandman” late in the now Gimi interrupted sound when there is a PA trouble, painful to hear because it is played in the same state continues even “Battery” in the encore. Those of May 7 days sounds to Gimi muffled bass sound a little. In that Metallica have done the 8 degrees concert in Japan in the past, it was played in Budokan’s only two shows of this 1998. James In the “So What” of 7 days instead of the lyrics are singing the “I’ve been to Budokan too”. It seems only 7 days of “Devil’s Dance” was played. PA noise is generated in the intro of “Wherever I May Roam,” but it stops immediately. Jokes of James in addition to the Starring wax “One” after the performance of “One” is be ironic to the reaction of the audience. This day is an acoustic version of “Last Caress” and “Helpless” is played, followed by “Master Of Puppets” was played at full version. The last is the “Damage, Inc”, or good all well that end, such as the place.

Ride The Lightning/No Remorseを演奏し、その後 Hit The Lights/The Four Horsemen/Seek & Destroy/Fight Fire With Fireのメドレー演奏で盛り上げます。

7日の「So What」ではジェイムズが歌詞を替えて「I’ve been to Budokan too」と歌っている。
