同レーベルからは先に驚異的な高音質で横浜公演を完全収録した『MOMENTS OF MAJESTY』がリリースされたが、本作は同じ録音者の所有マスターから、12月６日の広島サンプラザ公演を非常に良好なステレオ・オーディエンス録音で完全収録したファクトリー・プレス２CD。この録音者は初日の横浜、中日の広島、終盤の東京と、日本列島を西へ東へと追いかけた相当のビートルズ・ファンあるいはクラプトン・ファンだったようである。しかも自身の思い出にと、上級機材によってトラブルのない音源を残していた。但し、今回リリースされたこの広島公演と14日の東京ドーム公演、さらにリリース元のギフト・アイテムに指定されている17日の東京ドーム公演の３音源については、過去にFront Pageレーベルから３作同時にリリースされたものと同じである。しかし、音質の方はワンランクアップしている。恐らく、このマスターのジェネレーションの高いものが流出して既発盤となったのだろう。今回採用されたものはオリジナルのファースト・ジェネレーション・マスターなので、音質が向上しているのは当然と言えば当然のこと。その他にもこの広島公演は複数の既発盤が存在するが、本作はそれらをまとめて完全に凌駕したと言っていいだろう。世界平和を心からの願いとしていたジョージ・ハリスンはこの日の昼に原爆ドームを見学し、戦争の悲惨さと平和への誓いを改めて心に刻んだという。そして彼にできること、すなわち音楽で人々を平和にしようという決意を新たにして臨んだのが、この広島公演だったのである。従ってジョージの気合の入り具合は本ツアーでも別格だったと言ってよい。アンコールの「While My Guitar～」終了後に「ヒロシマ、サイコー。エリック・クラプトン、サイコー。」と叫んでいるのが何よりの証拠だ。そう思ってこのパフォーマンスを聴けば、全編でそれが感じられる。初日の緊張や手探り感はもはやここにはなく、堂々とした平和のメッセージを歌で届ける一人の偉大なるアーティストがここにいる。
