Stevie Nicks’s sound source from the “Brushed Mike Millard Tape” series. It is the sound source of “THE OTHER SIDE OF THE MIRROR Tour”, which is famous among her solo tours whose popularity has not declined even if she became her solo after being in the limelight with her fleet tout mac. Since the former master is a tape, it can’t be helped, but the hiss is still strong, and by processing it, it has become a “brushed” series.

In recent years, “Mike Millard Tape” has been digitized from the master direct or low generation tape. This tape was recorded by Mike Millard, a taper familiar to fans due to the outstanding technique of audience recording. The label has also released multiple sound sources based on this newly digitized Mike Millard tape, two of which are “Brushed Mike Millard Tape” and “Legendary Mike Millard Tape”. There is a pattern. Not all Mike Millard tapes have perfect sound quality, and some of them have a lot of room for improvement, and the “Brushed” series has been significantly improved. Originally, it is almost perfect and there is not much room for sound quality improvement, and the “Legendary” series is the one that keeps the minimum of light editing such as between songs.

“ブラッシュド・マイク・ミラード・テープ”のシリーズよりスティーヴィー・ニックスの音源登場です。フリートウット・マックで一躍脚光を浴びてから、ソロとなっても人気は衰えることなかった彼女のソロ・ツアーの中でも有名な『THE OTHER SIDE OF THE MIRROR Tour』の音源です。元マスターがテープであることからしょうがないのですがやはりヒスが強く、その処理をしたことで“ブラッシュド”シリーズとなっています。

近年マスター直、或いはロウ・ジェネレーションのテープからのデジタル化が進んでいる“マイク・ミラード・テープ”。オーディエンス録音の卓越した技術でファンにはお馴染みのテーパー、マイク・ミラード氏により録音されたテープです。同レーベルからもこの新デジタル化のマイク・ミラード・テープをマスターにした音源が複数リリースされており、“ブラッシュド・マイク・ミラード・テープ”と“レジェンダリー・マイク・ミラード・テープ”の二つのパターンがあります。マイク・ミラード・テープも全てが完璧な音質なわけではなく、中にはかなり手を加えて改良の余地があるものもあり、大幅に手を加えて改良されたものが“ブラッシュド”シリーズ。元々完璧に近く音質改良の余地があまり無く、曲間等の軽い編集など最低限にとどめてあるものが“レジェンダリー”シリーズとなっています。
