Equivalent to the live album of the press masterpiece … No, the 2021 version of the “NO FILTER Tour” multi-camera video series that is attracting more attention. The latest bullet is coming this week as well.
This work contains the 7th tour performance “October 24, 2021: Minneapolis performance”. Speaking of Minneapolis audience shots, the recently released two-disc set “MINNEAPOLIS 2021: THE VIDEO” is also popular, but this work is completely different from that. While “MINNEAPOLIS 2021: THE VIDEO” was a coupling of two types of one-camera shots, this work is a multi-camera specification that switches innumerable angles even within one song.
Since shooting with smartphones has become commonplace, methods for assembling innumerable shredded audience shots in a professional shot style have also evolved, but their quality has evolved rapidly in recent years. Not to mention the evolution of equipment, the increased amount of original materials has expanded the range of choices, and the experience of both photographers and editors has improved their skills. In particular, the 2021 version of the “NO FILTER Tour” is showing off the “cutting edge of multi-camera editing” with the appearance of masterpiece images of a different dimension than before.
If you have noticed this article, you probably know the taste of the series, but its evolution is still in progress. The series produced almost every performance gets better one by one. Photographers are now releasing delicious scenes that just say “use this!”, And the editorial side seems to be able to grasp the contents of the show and hold down the highlights. Unfortunately, the voice doesn’t seem to be consistent from beginning to end this time, but it doesn’t change as often as it used to, and the standard for sound quality has risen. It’s related to the content of the show, so it’s hard to say in a nutshell, but the quality is more spectacular than at the beginning of the tour.
The state-of-the-art quality is drawn in a full show where precious songs and smart play are fun. I did a set analysis in the explanation of “MINNEAPOLIS 2021: THE VIDEO”, but it seems that there are many people who have decided that “Video is limited to the multi-camera series!”, So let’s organize it again with the latest data.

● Fixed song
Tumbling Dice / You Can’t Always Get What You Want / Living In A Ghost Town / Start Me Up / Honky Tonk Women / Miss You / Midnight Rambler / Paint It Black / Sympathy For The Devil / Jumping Jack Flash / Gimme Shelter / ( I Can’t Get No) Satisfaction
● Daily songs
・ Keith Corner: Connection / Before They Make Me Run
・ Others: Street Fighting Man / Let’s Spend the Night Together / 19th Nervous Breakdown / Monkey Man (★) / Fool to Cry (★)
* Note: The above consists of set information up to the Atlanta performance (11/11). The “★” mark is the first song to appear in 2021.

…… And it looks like this. The biggest points are “Monkey Man” and “Fool to Cry”, which first appeared on the tour. At the time of writing this article, the tour has progressed to the 11th performance in Atlanta, but these two songs are still limited to Minneapolis.
And, along with the precious songs, “Miss You” and “Midnight Rambler” are the symbols of this show. Born in Minneapolis, in memory of the late Prince who lived, weaving lyrics from his masterpieces. For “Miss You”, sing the lyrics “I wish there was no Black or white” for “Controversy” on the bass solo, and for “Midnight Rambler”, “I only want to see you in the purple” for “Purple Rain”. Insert rain ”. You can also enjoy the famous scenes that became a hot topic from the day of the show with the multi-camera.
A total of 14 performances are scheduled for this tour, and the Minneapolis performance of this work is the 7th performance of the return. I’ve been entertained by the edited video of Takumi, but this fun continues. Each one is a purely wonderful video work, and the latest bullet in the multi-camera series, which is really exciting to see how far it will evolve. Please enjoy this week as well.

★ Audience shot of “October 24, 2021: Minneapolis Performance”. With the latest edition of the multi-camera editing series produced by overseas enthusiasts, the natural editing sense has evolved further probably because of the experience. The voice this time doesn’t seem to be consistent from beginning to end, but it doesn’t change as often as in the early stages of the tour, and the standard of sound quality has also risen. You can also enjoy “Monkey Man” and “Fool to Cry” only for this day, and “Miss You” and “Midnight Rambler” with Prince lyrics on the multi-camera.

「Miss You」ならベース・ソロで「Controversy」の歌詞“I wish there was no Black or white”と歌いますし、「Midnight Rambler」には「Purple Rain」の“I only want to see you in the purple rain”を挿入する。

この日だけの「Monkey Man」「Fool to Cry」やプリンスの歌詞を織り込んだ「Miss You」「Midnight Rambler」もマルチカメラで楽しめます。
