From the European Tour in the early 1980 with the RAINBOW in the ” DOWN TO EARTH ” release , famous for that rare song ” Makin ‘Love ” was played , that France Grenoble performances , unearthed newly between mania Onban of using a higher audience master was ! It is a sound source of the show is known for its outstanding , but this film sound image with a punch power and higher freshness is confined is a RAINBOW fan must listen to all !

European tour which started from January 17 1980 is circuit around Germany , show was held in the form of one-off close to Belgium and the Netherlands , such as Switzerland . Live of times , second only to all 10 performances of Germany is booked , the 27th and January 26 , and February 12 for the February 9 that this live is housed , Paris performance has been carried out , a total of four in France performance has been showing off . Sound source name ” DOWN TO EUROPE ” and (Power Gate) ” LOST IN BREMEN ,” and (Darker Than Blue) is known from the first half of the tour , but the European Tour since February are limited new sound source chalazia , the appearance of the sound source to be able to enjoy the show in a full set , a fan of catch-up as would be especially happy .

Is there a sense of distance and the stage taper , but thanks to the freshness of the master became the original high , playing it was hard to hear has also been reproduced tinged contours was quite clearly in its outstanding . Vocals Graham was likely to be drowned out by the drum and guitar has a distinct presence , ensemble of the band also grasp properly . Remastered is applied over the whole book of course , from the sound source in the past also noticeable hiss in the cracking tendency , it has seen a big step forward in ease of listening .
Vocals of Graham fatigue was also felt , has regained strong performance this day in the live of the end of January by continuous tour was not a pop era , a great performance , ” Eyes Of The World “, ” Love’s No Friend ” both let me hear . In a call -and- response with the audience in the ” All Night Long ” the second half , with the ” pretend reckless ” which might be painful to breath of listeners , we are confronted fully a quality Graham of the one and only in particular . Romanticism of Graham cultivated in the pop field , was given to Kyokuso different shades and Ronnie ” Catch The Rainbow ” , tone clear in the first half Richie is to listen , comparison of climax explosive also great , great even in live ( last part of the song has been fading on account of the master unfortunately ) and it is the highlight .
Nori is well Richie this day still , is sandwiched a free solo different from the usual in the second half of ” Lost In Hollywood ” , let us listen to play some sharp even ” Beethoven 9th ” . Band is assembled to play a great sense of unity was full of driving rhythm even ” Man On The Silver Mountain ” , some of the best response after hearing that . Play breath of Richie band and there were Saewatari finally in the ” Blues ” , the result will became a form of improvisation as ” Makin ‘Love ” . Clear from the singing of Graham a little precariously thing this song would be ad-lib is not in the rehearsal ( one first chorus is sing , but it is packed to the lyrics on the way ) . Still play each member Don , Cozy , Roger et al have come firmly attached , and it is in decent shape in its own way . Flow of solo Graham from ” Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow? ” ” Long Live Rock’N’Roll ” is directing the climax of the best , the show will celebrate its ending , such as the angry waves will last .

While recording time of about 83 minutes , and valuable rare song that not only powerful performance , not listen only this one take at the moment , does not change the item which the sound source is also separately released , yea the live of fulfilling more Guests can enjoy . Please enjoy this opportunity , a valuable piece of one European Tour momentum of the band had reached a peak .

ラストはグラハムのソロ曲「Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow?」
