Miles items from the “Stargazers” label, which is currently attracting attention as the highest peak of Miles Davis’ collector’s label and also supports the creation of bonus discs for “Voodoo Down” Records.
The sound source on the first day of the concert at the Beacon Theater held for two days in April 1986 is now available. In 1986, guitarists were replaced by sand, with Mike Stern until March, Robben Ford from April, and Garth Webber from September. This concert is just after changing to Robben Ford. Ballad numbers such as Michael Jackson’s “HUMAN NATURE” and Cyndi Lauper’s “TIME AFTER TIME”, which are funky and glittering, allow you to enjoy the true value of twin synths, which can be said to be the heart of the late Miles sound. It is recorded very well without the audience making noise while recording the audience. The sound pressure has increased due to the latest remastering, and it is a title that attracts attention again.

1986年4月に二日間行われたビーコン・シアターでのコンサートの初日の音源が登場です。1986年はギタリストがサンド入れ替わっており、3月までマイク・スターン、4月からロベン・フォード、そして9月からはガース・ウェバーといった具合。このコンサートはロベン・フォードに変わった直後の時期です。ファンキーな中にキラリと光るマイケル・ジャクソンの『HUMAN NATURE』やシンディー・ローパーの『TIME AFTER TIME』といったバラード・ナンバーは、後期マイルス・サウンドの肝と言えるツイン・シンセの真骨頂が楽しめます。オーディエンス録音ながら騒ぐ観客も無く非常に良く録られています。最新のリマスタリングにより音圧が増しており、改めて注目のタイトルです。
