Did you all listen to the “dad gad prod.” Version of Eddie that was released online last month? Since it was an internet sound source that was announced late, our shop released it straight as a gift title, but this was surprisingly popular with enthusiasts. At first, I was surprised at the more natural feel and texture that is unrelated to the intrusiveness, which is different from the squishy equalize version that overflows in the streets, but when I listen carefully, this is really wonderful. As a result, the sound of the delicate sound that was really well-crafted was the best gem. This perfection is a stone’s throw. Of course, if it’s such an excellent high-grade “Eddie”, I would like to add it to the collection with a press CD (“But how many Eddie is this?”), But this time, I think that the dadegad version will be pressed straight. Instead, we made our own remaster based on the dadgad version and completed a further superb version.

(About sound processing)

The dadgad board had a different impression from the FLAT TRANSFER / REMASTERED board, which had delicate bass amplification balance adjustment and high-frequency processing that emphasized the goodness of the ears, but due to the reaction of the goodness of the ears, the guitar It was an adjustment that made the attack sound and overtones extremely attenuated, which in turn made the band performance feel sober. This time, the board has been adjusted by focusing on the above-mentioned negative points, and although the adjustment range is small, the impression has improved to a different level.

先月ネット上に公開された「dadgad prod.」版エディは、皆さま、お聴きになられましたでしょうか？遅れて発表されたネット音源でしたので、当店はそのままストレートにギフトタイトルとしてリリースしましたが、これが意外にもマニアから大好評。巷に溢れかえるグイグイしたイコライズversionとは一線を画す、押しつけがましさとは無縁のよりナチュラルな感触・質感に最初は驚きましたが、じっくり聴くと、これが本当に素晴らしい。結果、実に良く練られた繊細な音の響きはが最高の逸品でありました。この完成度は流石です。ここまで優れたハイグレード「エディ」ならば、当然、プレスCDでコレクションに加えたいところですが（「しかし、これで幾つ目のエディ？」）、今回、dadgadヴァージョンをストレートにプレス化するのではなく、dadgad版をベースに独自のリマスターを施し、更なる極上版を完成させました。

(音の加工について）

dadgad盤は繊細な低音の増幅バランス調整と耳辺りの良さを重視した高域処理が施された、FLAT TRANSFER/REMASTERED盤とは別印象の作品でしたが、耳辺りの良さの反作用でギターのアタック音と倍音が極端に減衰し、ひいてはバンド演奏自体を地味に感じさせる調整でした。今回盤は上記のマイナスポイントに焦点を当て調整し、調整幅としては僅かですが印象としては別物レベルに向上しています。

遅れて登場した世界最良版「エディ」。これこそが究極！！
