A precious live performance of DIAMOND HEAD, a band that is known to have had the greatest influence on METALLICA and cannot be avoided at NWOBHM, will appear for the first time! From THE MAKIN ‘MUSIC TOUR after the release of the third album “CANTABURY”, which was sober but most appreciated by maniacs, February 3, 1984, Sunderland performance in the UK has been unpublished so far. Brian Tatler, a core member of Sean Harris and former STREETFIGHTER with John Sykes on bass, Marvin Goldsworthy of FM, and Robbie France, who later participated in UFO, WISHBONE ASH on drums, and only during this period. This tour, which was carried out by joining a talented member named Josh Phillips, who later joined PROCOL HARUM as a keyboard for BLACK SABBATH, was almost the undercard of BLACK SABBATH except for his home country, but this performance was a full stage of the headliner. You can check the whole picture of this tour that was not known until now. It is an item that can be said to be a must-have for NWOBHM enthusiasts because of its content, sound quality, and documentary value!
METALLICAに最も影響を与えた事で知られNWOBHMでは避けて通れないバンドDIAMOND HEADの貴重なライヴが初登場！地味ながらマニアには最も評価されたサード・アルバム「CANTABURY」発表後のTHE MAKIN’ MUSIC TOUR より、１９８４年２月３日イギリス、サンダーランド公演がこれまで未発表のオーディエンス・マスターより高音質完全収録。ブライアン・タトラー、シーン・ハリスの中心メンバーにベースにはジョン・サイクスも在籍した元STREETFIGHTERで現FMのマーヴィン・ゴールズワージー、ドラムには後にUFO, WISHBONE ASHに参加するロビー・フランス、そしてこの時期のみのキーボードとして後にPROCOL HARUMに加入するジョシュ・フィリップスという実力派メンバーを加入させ行われたこのツアーは母国以外ほぼBLACK SABBATHの前座でしたが、この公演はヘッドライナーのフル・ステージとなっておりこれまで知られていなかったこのツアーの全貌を確認する事が出来ます。内容、音質そして資料的価値からも見逃せないNWOBHMマニア必携と言えるアイテムです！
