Rolling Stones, which does not have a systematic collection of promos, has been released as the title of the decision board. Rolling Stones made many promo films from its long history, and there were many versions of the same song, making it difficult to understand the whole. There are also volume issues as collector’s items, all of which were recorded as digests on one or two DVDs, but all of them were half-finished content, of course, the ages were different and about mania It wasn’t something that satisfacted. In the 1960s, three versions of “Have You Seen Your Mother” and “Jumping Jack Flash” were recorded, and “Let ’s Spend The Night Together” included two versions of color and monochrome in the same take.
In the 1970s, looking at the two versions of “Angie”, especially those with hats, you can see that the jury at that time was greatly influenced. There may be a lot of people who see rare “Tambling Dice” for the first time.
In the 1980s, the number of times has increased dramatically, and three versions of “Emotional Rescue” have been made. Other than that, it can be said that the feature of the 80’s is that many songs are made in multiple versions.
From the 1990s to the 2000s, the number of published works is not so many, but there are also multiple versions made, cover songs “ Like A Rolling Stone ”, self cover “ Wild Horses ” etc. The There are currently 3 songs from the latest studio album “A Bigger Bang”.

It is a title that contains all of the promo films that had only half-finished content until now, and that had been difficult to grasp as a whole, in chronological order, different versions, and all songs. 今まで体系的に収録したプロモ集がないローリングストーンズの、これぞ決定盤というタイトルがリリースになります。ローリングストーンズはその長い活動歴から数多くのプロモ・フィルムが作られ、また同じ曲でもバージョン違いなどが数多くあり、なかなか全体を把握することが困難でした。またコレクターズ・アイテムとしても、分量の問題もあり、どれもDVD１枚ないし2枚にダイジェストで収録したものはあれど、どれも中途半端な内容であったことはもちろん、年代もバラバラで、およそマニアをサティスファクションさせるものではありませんでした。本作が初めて年代順、全曲、さらに別バージョンと、体系的に収録したタイトルとなります。それぞれ1960年代、1970年代、1980年代、1990年代、2000年代以降と、実に半世紀に渡る活動歴で作られたプロモーション・フィルムを完全収録しています。

1960年代は「Have You Seen Your Mother」と「Jumping Jack Flash」をそれぞれ3バージョン、「Let’s Spend The Night Together」は同一テイクながらカラーとモノクロの2バージョンを収録。
1970年代は「Angie」2バージョン、特に帽子を被ったバージョンを見ると、当時のジュリーが多く影響を受けていたのが伺えます。レアな「Tambling Dice」などは初見の人も多いのではないでしょうか。
1980年代に入ると時代がら、ぐっと数が増え、「Emotional Rescue」などは実に3バージョンも作られています。それ以外でも、複数バージョン作られている曲が多くなるのが80年代の特長と言えるでしょう。
1990年代から2000年代以降は、発表作品が少ないからか数はそんなに多くありませんが、やはり複数バージョン作られているもの、カバー曲「Like A Rolling Stone」、セルフカバー「Wild Horses」なども収録されています。また現在のところ最新スタジオ・アルバムである『A Bigger Bang』からは3曲作られています。

それぞれ収録曲の詳細、発表年は裏ジャケットに記載してありますのでご覧になってください。実に前84バージョンをDVD３枚にたっぷり収録している、ローリングストーンズ50年の歴史。今まで年代バラバラに中途半端な内容のものしかなく、全体の把握が困難だったプロモ・フィルムを年代順、別バージョン、全曲と、すべて収録したタイトルなのです。もちろん永久保存がっちりプレス盤！！！
