2日間で25万人を動員、バンドが文字通り世界の頂点に立った伝説的なネブワース公演を両日サウンドボードで収録した作品。1997年以降もこれらに匹敵もしくはそれを上回る規模のギグは何度か行なわれており、それぞれのアルバムを代表する名演も数多いものの、前代未聞の成り上がりストーリーを体現したそのインパクトにおいて、1996年のネブワース公演は永遠の地位を約束されていると言っても過言ではない。デビューから僅か2年4ヶ月、2枚のアルバムと9枚のシングルをリリースし、そこから、12万5千人を前にこのハイクオリティなセットリストを組めたバンドはOASISをおいて他にはいまい。リアムの、集音マイクにサングラスをかけるおちゃめぶりや、意味不明な志村ダンス等、笑える箇所もあるが、翌年の Be Here Now Tour を予感させる、磐石にして圧巻のパフォーマンスは鬼気迫る迫力を感じさせられる。

後にノエルは「公演前の6週間、まるでOASISがガス体となって、他のものが一つ残らずそこに接近してくる感じだった」と語っているが、2日間25万人分のチケットに対し、イギリスの人口の5％にあたる、300万人もの人がチケットを手に入れるために電話をかけたこのネブワース公演、参加したことだけでなく、「行こうと思えば行けたけど、行かなかったことを後悔している」といったような、参加出来なかったこともが今でも話題になってしまうライヴは他に類を見ない。この時会場にいたオーディエンスにとってはその場にいたことが、OASISにとってはバンドがひとつの頂点を迎えたことが、まさに歴史になったと言えるこのネブワース公演。美しいピクチャー・ディスク仕様の永久保存のがっちりプレス盤。全セットに当日のパンフの復刻版付。
