本作はその「(What’s The Story) Morning Glory? Tour」より、1996年9月7日と8日の二日連続で行なわれたニューヨークはジョーンズ・ビーチで行なわれたコンサートを両日高音質オーディエンス音源で完全収録している。1995年初夏に始まったツアーも、1996年9月まで継続され、ここジョーンズ・ビーチ2公演と次の1公演で終了となる。季節はすっかり秋の様相を呈していたであろう9月のニューヨーク。
